(UK) "Police officers violent to women will be sacked under new guidance". I heard this on BBC Radio One news this morning and it used similar wording: police officers violent women or girls would be sacked. No mention of men or boys in either case.

The title mentions violence, but the article makes it clear they can be dismissed for misconduct against women, that isn’t violent.
It’s yet another example of one-sided, sexist policy that caters to women and ignores men. We are seeing more and more policies that are blatantly discriminatory.
I find it especially concerning when we see openly discriminatory policy in law enforcement and justice.

Basically it's saying,

Cops, you're job is to beat up males. If you beat up a female by accident that's a big mistake and you can be fired for it. Arrest males, beat up males, fuck with males, search and stop males.

And I'd add how stupid as a cop do you have to be if you don't already know this? maybe we can see this as a good thing? That young cops these days don't instinctively know that policing is screwing over men, never women? That they have to be told? because the older generation of cops didn't need to be told.

I expect the acting-out and bad behaviour will become ramped up as feminism gets worse. There's some aggressive behaviours by young women in the States at the moment, criminal damage, assaulting police officers, smashing up restaurants; they are out of control and above the law. Pink Book Lessons youtube channel is really good at highlighting this.

As Tom Leykis and Kevin Samuels both said "accountability is Kryptonite to women." Hold them equally accountable.

The example given is of a cop that kidnapped and murdered a woman. He is now serving a life sentence. Clearly justice was applied here, so I am not sure why that is used as an example. If a cop commits a crime he should absolutely be punished. No one disagrees on that. We should expect the exact same punishment if the victim is a man or a boy.
