A woman can be thin and have hair and a non ugly face and still be physically attractive to a lot of men. She doesnt need any remarkable qualities or anything above average to evoke attraction in a lot of men.

A man needs at least one or more above average sexually dymorphic qualities to evoke physical attraction in women.

It's not enough for a man to be average height, have a bland none ugly face, and be not fat. To most women that doesn't evoke any feelings of attraction whatsoever. All it does is no actively repulse.

A man needs some physically dymorphic quality to be attractive. He needs to be taller than most men, or more muscular than the average man, or have a more structured face than most men.

Women are only capable of being physically attracted to above average physical traits, so you need at least one to be noticed. Not being unattractive, or being simply average, is not enough.
