Let me start by telling you I’m a (almost) 30yo female. I’m a single mom to an amazing little boy. I come from an abusive marriage as well as a childhood of male abusers. I have every reason in the world to hate men.

BUT. I don’t.

I’m sorry that you all have to deal with what you do. Yes, as women we have our own issues just like y’all do.

Society tells you you can’t get mad at a woman or she might say you hit her.

Society says if you show emotion or cry, you’re weak.

If a girl changes her mind after having sex with you, she can claim rape and turn your life upside down.

A girl can hit you, but if you do anything to stop her and don’t just take it, you’re the one who will be arrested.

You can get a woman pregnant with your baby, but she can choose to end the baby’s life without your permission even if you want the baby.

Moms automatically get custody unless it’s an extreme situation.

Dads are lucky to get time off when their baby is born.

“Man up” (need I say more??)

All the pressure to provide for your family.

I’m sorry you guys get treated like you have it made. You really don’t. You’re made to suffer in silence while raging twats raise hell over how they think they have it worse. Women get everything they want just for being pretty. It’s stupid. Work hard and live a respectable life, men and women.

I watch my 4yo little boy and worry that someday he will face trials just for having a penis and it makes me sick.

Yes, there are some really bad guys out there. BUT most of y’all are great. And lemme tell ya, I’ve met far more disgusting, lying, manipulative, promiscuous, cheating women than I have men.

I pray that someday we have real equality. Men and women side by side. I hope someday men will be able to fight false accusations instead of being guilty until (and even after) proven innocent. I hope you get to say “I want that baby” and she has to carry to term whether she wants to or not because damn it that’s your baby too. I hope women will stop beating men up just because you “can’t hit a girl”. I hope you know it’s not a sign of weakness to be vulnerable or show emotion; on the contrary, it’s quite brave and a sign of great strength to show who you really are. I hope you know there are women out there who are on your side and who see how unfairly you all are treated. I hope you find a woman who knows what teamwork means and doesn’t put all the pressure on you to provide. I hope you get to see your children as much as their mom. I hope you get equality.

Just wanted to get it off my chest because I think maybe someone needed to hear it today.

Much love and respect.
