From what i understand, blue pill does not have any concrete belief. Blue pill was "created" as anti-red pill.so any non red pill points are automatically blue pill.

Red Pill: women suck. Work on yourself and exploit their bullshit to get ahead as a man. Be Machiavellian, but whine a lot too. Science when it agrees only.

Blue Pill: men suck. Womens’ problems are men’s fault. Mens’ problems are mens’ fault too. Woke AF. Science when it agrees only.

Purple Pill: everyone kinda sorta sucks. Each pill will accuse you of being from the opposing pill. Nuance apparently offends people.

Blue Pill - Someone is out there for you. Women are wonderful with good intentions. If they act in less than wonderful ways it's 100% men's fault.

I would not describe that as "belief" as that is a wrong way to refer to objective facts.

Red pill: An ideology/cult that follows certain tenants. The purpose of which is to help men follow the male imperative.

Blue pill: Any alternative to that.

Red Pill: The belief that everything you know about women, attraction, and love is wrong.
That by developing good game, hitting the gym, improving your own life, and generally living for yourself, you’ll be able to attract women and succeed in life. By taking the Red Pill you see society for how it truly is, not for the fantasy you used to believe.

Blue Pill: Rejecting the Red Pill.
This is all it means, the blue pill was created by people who rejected the red pill and wanted to make fun of them. It doesn’t have it’s own ideology.

Black Pill: When it comes to attracting women, only Looks, Status, and Wealth matter, with looks being the most involved and the main focus of this pill. It’s the idea that if you’re struggling to attract women, it’s highly likely that you’re simply not attractive enough.
This can be through genetic factors like height, frame, facial aesthetics, hair/skin, etc.
Or changeable factors such as weight, fitness (muscles), clothes, teeth, etc.

Blue pill - we don't need gender roles/differences between men and women anymore, society should no longer care about them

Red pill - though following gender roles is no longer necessary for one's own survival, most men and women are still (subconsciously or consciously) attached to traits and behaviors traditionally associated with the opposite sex.

Blue pill tells you can be whoever you want to be, that there's someone out there for you regardless of the choices you make. Red pill tells you that you will struggle to find love or sex if you adopt this belief.

Bluepill (in this context) would refer to a humans default outlook on gender relations, a priori, before experience.

Redpill would refer to an understanding of gender relations that occurs a posteriori, after experience
