I can't find mention of this anywhere. The article specifically says she kissed his helmet, not rubbed his lips. Where are you getting this from?

If she just kissed his helmet, this sounds like it might be an overreach of justice.

So in order to make the police remember a woman that was violently attack she violated the space of another person, a cop no less? It seems pretty clear that she was intentionally trying to antagonize him for a response. I don't think it should count as a sex crime but she should definitely be charged.

Is it just me or is this ridiculous? This sub is supposed to be about equality. Just because women get off charges of sexual violence a lot oes not mean we should throw the book at her, she did fuck all. Riot police surely get a lot worse that actually is against the law.
