What if people quit acting like a random occurrence of something happening meant that it systemically happens in monstrous proportions?

I know a lot of highly successful women. I work for one who I respect a lot, and I've studied some other ones like the CEO of HP. Interact with them and you can see how they got their promotions - they know their shit and have either leadership qualities or strong competencies in related fields.

This idea that "women are pressured into sleeping their way up the corporate ladder" is ridiculous. It's like the idea that "all rich people are dishonest and make their money off of scamming poor honest people." Sure there are some of those types of rich people, but most aren't.

All of her items on the list of things of that nature (except for bigger and stronger, which is just biology). Some mechanics are awesome, honest people. Honestly I've never been to a mechanic where there are nude photos of women posted anywhere, and I doubt all the people mindlessly repinning this photo have either. This is the problem with social media, someone says something retarded and it generates a buzz, so everyone collectively assumes it must be true. And no one stops to think "wait, so out of myself and all my friends... which of us actually was pressured into sleeping with our bosses? Have any of us actually been sexually harassed by a cop or mechanic?"

Alright... I guess I can take a shot at this and point out why I think it's complete nonsense, misandric and offensive.

What if all women were bigger and stronger than you?

First of all, not every man is bigger and stronger than the average woman. Skinnier, weaker and shorter men do exist, and they are typically ridiculed, harassed, abused, bullied and sexualy dismissed because they are short, skinny or weak men(often by women). That, along with the expectation placed on men to use this "strength/size advantage" to protect/serve women also drives a lot more men to actively strive to be stronger/taller than women and other men, often even resorting to extreme/harmful measures to do so. If strength and height mattered that much, more women would be striving to be stronger, fitter, bigger and better equipped to fight but that is simply not the reality of life, as women will simply employ other men whenever they need someone that is bigger/stronger than them(something which they only have themselves to blame). It is also worth nothing that, even if men are bigger/stronger on average, that still doesn't give men the right to abuse that physical power(there are many laws to protect women against this, even if there aren't really any laws to protect men from women abusing their own social/sexual/emotional strengths against men) and that the countless weapons that people have readily available to them are far more effective means of harming others than brute strength alone.

And thought they were smarter?

And, where exactly does that assumption come from? How many women out there really strive to prove any different? How many women instead seem to be perfectly content with being mindless bimbos or emotional divas, and who will insult, belittle or penalize any type of intellectual or critical pursuit/approach from men? How many women actually strive to be independent and competent, and to establish themselves as an intellectual through their actions rather than simply feeling entitled to everyone treating them as intelligent? Secondly, no company would ever make for high-heels, or uncomfortable shoes, as part of the mandatory dress code. Claiming otherwise is incredibly unrealistic. Thirdly, the implication that women would even have to "run" because there are men around is simply offensive, and quite disturbing.

Women do far worse against men and then some, and not only expect men to love them just as much but also expect men to follow with every single traditional ideal of marriage and subordination, expect to be catered to, provided for and protected by men without question or reciprocation, and expect complete acceptance and tolerance of these harmful social conditions.
