This was published some time ago and the lady was on drugs and was pestering patrons of the bar/restaurant for money. She got upset that he told her he had no money and then bought nachos and a beer with cash. That's when she became upset and she attacked him. The police came and arrested her and the whole video is kind of hilarious.

There are certain medical circumstances that make it necessary to remove it. If a person isn't in one of them, then it should wait until they can legally consent to body modification... personal I don't think parents should be allowed to make that decision about kids for them (unless medically needed). I feel the same way about piercings.

And as for the argument about hygiene, teach your kids to wash their dicks. Problem solved.

You're comparing diseases to a natural part of your body.

None of those analogies work because they're not something natural that is removed at birth without your consent.

The analogy would be if your parents removed your hair with a laser as a child because they considered having hair dirty and a hassle to keep clean, and you were here saying you're glad your parents had your hair removed when you were young because its painful and you wouldn't want to remember the pain.
