Reminds me of a female friend in college that was taking a self defense class. She wanted to show me her moves (throws). She was supposed to put her hip into and pull down on the arm I had wrapped around her like an attacker from behind. The problem was I'm 6'5" and she was about 5'3". She couldn't get any leverage because my hips were so lunch higher than hers. I just laughed at her attempts.
