This might just be cause of my personal experience but I can never seem to relate to a lot of these child custody issues. As a kid I was given custody to my dad and I saw my mom 4 days a month. Thats not good either because men shouldnt have more custody either but I can never seem to relate to stuff about how women always win custody and such

I think the court should decide without any biases based off of evidence which parent is more deserving of having more time. Sometimes the fathers can be horrible but also mothers can be awful too. We need to make sure the child ends up with the better parent. If both parents are good people then yes 50/50 is ideal.
