This whole entire time she has been telling me and everyone that she doesn’t care for the money. We finally came to an agreement that she will only seek half of the equity of the house, and leave everything else out of the decree.

She told me in the past that she doesn’t care about the money and she told me this throughout our time together 5 years married 5 dating.

I got an appraisal done and the house was valued way higher then I expected, they compared the house to recent sales of newer house that sold recently.

I spoke to my lawyers and he said we could still settled if we could agree on an amount so she could quit deed and I can finally be free of this nightmare contract with this person who’s super delusional.

I give her a call after months of no contact, have a serious conversation explaining that I don’t have half of the equity to a house I purchase and been making all the payments to by myself. I told her if we sold we would be getting less after closing fees. She agrees and I tell her I can come up with money that’s above what she would get and I could write her a check fast.

She said she would talk about it with her lawyer and get back to me. Days pass and no reply. This delusional woman, tells her self she doesn’t care about the yet I’m offering her close to six figures to I can keep my home but she thinks she deserves more for doing the absolute minimum. DO NOT get married again don’t be so stupid twice, once you give in to marriage you loose.
