What is it like for locals in non-Western poor and conservative countries?

Since most of the world lives there, does it prove or disprove the redpillers or any other ideas?

I figure since societies like Pakistan, Vietnam or Turkey are 1.) socially more conservative, 2.)women live more restrictive lives, 3.) women earn less money, and 4.) poor men have a much tougher time climbing the social ladder, does this conform to what redpillers and blackpillers say?

And I'd limit this discussion to locals (not rich foreign immigrants for example), poor countries (so not Japan or Taiwan) and not ex-Eastern Bloc, who had Communism affect gender roles a lot, and then faced a backlash.

Anyone have any experience with this?
