I honestly never understood the whole "get her number" thing. I'd ask her for her number so I can contact her but that's all. The whole "number - holy grail analogy" I believe is only relevant to Americans.

Even if I don't "get her number" I'll probably just add her on Facebook or something.

As said, this is why reading so much of this shit can be unhelpful in general. You only need to read enough to get the basics down, the rest you get from field experience after you've applied the basic shit. My experience with this is that it honestly doesn't fucking matter when you ask her out if you can't get past building a solid connection during the interaction. Once you do get past that point and you do get her number what I believe is that as long as you ask her out quickly enough and not stall for ages, she'll agree to it. Personally, I wouldn't give concrete date and time information right when I met her. I would just lead the convo into asking her about her weekend/week without being interview-mode about it, and for one of the days where she has some free time I would suggest, maybe we could go to x this weekend, or maybe we could go to x on tuesday. Then if things are going great I get the number, text her maybe a couple hours later with something referencing the interaction and i'll leave my name. If the interaction went solid she'll reply and then I'll confirm the date and the time with, so i was thinking at 1pm haha, or something like that. And then that's it.

I don't think it's necessary to do all this flirting over text. Some girls may be into that shit, some won't. And that's why I try to remain as objective as possible when I give out advice here. You want to do shit that will work in a majority of the situations, that's how you'll get the most results.

I have to point out a few things. As to number 1 this is what we usually refer to as outcome independence. Repeat that phrase ad nauseam fellas. It's one of the greatest and easiest ways to becoming (ironically) successful with women.

Second thing I have to bring up number 2 especially because of how much criticism it has gotten ITT alone. I personally can't keep a conversation going like that via texting. That type of game just doesn't work for me. Here's the reason why. I get needy and very fast. I'm sure many of you suffer and are trying to get over this just as much as I am. If not god bless you and you can stop reading here.

I can't bother with any of those games, there just too much for me. Instead I text the girl the next day tell her I had a great time and I'm going to text her at the end of the week or whenever I'm free so we can do something fun we talked about. She's free to respond but I'm not even expecting a reply because I didn't ask for anything and made it clear we'll talk later.

This is what works best for me. After reading /u/happyjerk 's post the other day I can acquait some success to the fact my strategy incorporates abundance again; or as he puts it, makes you look busy.

Now I'm not saying my way is better for everyone but I lost it after see ya later alligator. That's not me at all.

Just go out and do it! Do what ever the fuck works for you. Some lads won't be abke to do this but you'll still pull. Girls aren't stupid just taje the time to talk to some and don't be all clingy if you get a number or 2.
