I've recently been working on bettering myself in different aspects of my life. One area that has really been holding me back being straightforward and congruent with my feelings, especially with women. I sometimes have a hard time communicating what I'm looking for with a girl, out of fear that it might hurt them (usually happens when I want to keep things casual and she wants something more serious).

I've read Models which is obviously a staple for anyone who is trying to better themselves, not just with women but in general. For my counseling class at my university we're assigned to read the book "On Becoming A Person" by Carl Rogers. It's not specifically geared towards pick up and it's not as much of a page turner as Models was but it's a great resource for anyone who is trying to become more congruent and is looking to build deeper and more meaningful relationships. Let me know what you guys think!
