What's confusing?

Think of any clickbaity, rage-inducing quote you want to hear a man or woman say, get a camera, and keep interviewing people till you've got the footage you want. Want a Flat Earther who's in favor of legalizing sex with llamas and revoking paternity rights for all redheaded men? She's out there. Just keep looking, and offer a free t-shirt if you have trouble.

Don't marry horrible, hypocritical people. They're no fun, and they come in all shapes, sizes, and llama skin leotards.

The majority of women do not believe that.

However, some do.

Those videos are staged/manipulated to only show the ones that do for rage bait.

Most videos on the internet are rage-bait, because influencers and companies have realized that instilling fear and anger in viewers is the most potent way to drive engagement for advertisement.

The influencers behind the videos are likely part of the manosphere and they post only the worst answers in those videos to make it seem like most women believe those things, so that you the viewer get angry, watch more of their stuff in outrage and then boom you're sucked into a cycle of their videos designed to give you a false lens of what most people say and do. And in your outrage you become addicted to their content.

The simple answer is to stop watching these videos and if you happen to meet a girl like this in real life, disengage and walk away.

Social media is designed to cater to corporate advertisement not the truth or your well being.

Personally I've pretty much never run into that attitude being said by any women I'm friends with. I'd say that you are totally fine to filter for women who act like that (if someone isn't at least offering to split the second date for example).

I'd be super curious as to the "behind the scenes" of such videos. How many people do they talk to? What sort of questions or discussions do they start with to prime the interviewee to answer like that?

Maybe such women do exist, but I'd expect that you're getting a very weighted view from those videos

(Also yes there is a bit of a different conversation to be had when in the context of a breadwinner/stayathome relationship)

I'd say stop watching these dumb videos. They just go around asking over and over and only showing the responses that match their narrative. And that's being generous. Some of them probably just get women they know to say what they want to sell.

Anyway, these idiots also hate feminism and think women should stay on the kitchen and shit so they just end up bitter at situations they create for themselves.

Meanwhile my wife is a progressive woman who worked her ass off to get her career and makes 6 figures now. I paid for more of our life when she was in school, she pays for more of it now and probably will moving forward because her career just plain pays more than mine. We're both fine with that because we are a team.

If you're watching videos of street interviews, pick up artists, anything like that, you simply have to acknowledge that they are very selective with who they approach and who they share on the channel. I'll bet you anyone's money that they got answers that contradict that sentiment but chose not to include them.

This is a little bit true in the sense of, women make substantially less than men. Like. By a lot. So there's a grain of truth to a big stinking lie.

Street interviews are lies, lies, lies, lies. The girls say what they're told to say, in order to get a reward. I dunno what the reward is. Money? Being on Youtube? lol but those "on the street" interviews are utter bullshit, set up by the redpiller to make women look like greedy whores.

Depends on the situation. If a man and a woman are living together in a romantic situation, then yeah, he's usually reasonably free to use her money. If they're married, for the vast majority they pool resources.

Note that any gender at all can be a real asshole about finances and drain off far more than they're entitled to.

I'm middle eastern and in muslim culture this is how most couple operate. But that's because women in those countries are extremely vulnerable, and men are expected (culturally) to pay for everything. Also since women are the ones in charge of the household, they're the ones who manage the money too.

Sometimes people are shitty. Some women think “my money is my money, his money is out money” and “he needs to pay the bills bc he’s the Man of the house and that’s HIS responsibility” and some men think “if she asks for any money at all she’s a gold digger, even if I don’t have a job and am living off her” or “my wife is a stay-at-home mom who doesn’t bring in income- therefore, I can use it how I please and she has no right to ask for anything.” People are WL I usually at their worst in their relationships, and money is a complicated and touchy subject. I really don’t think it’s a gendered issue

A good chunk of those videos are staged, some are edited, some are cherrypicked. If you ask 100 people a question, you only need to show footage of the worst.

Honestly, I don't think or say this. But my boyfriend actually acts like this. Every time I offer money or to help, he'll refuse and say he should take care of me and offer me his money. I don't think women are the only people who think like this, I think most men think like this.

Editing is very easily used to manipulate an interview to make it incendiary.

All, and I mean all (I am from Asia where that kind of line is often being uttered) of the young girls I personally knew who said those sentence when they were younger, ended up happily being 50/50 (and sometimes more) financially.

It is similar to the vein of some guys who were swearing up and down not to date older, fatter, etc women and ended up marrying one and basically head over feet with their so called 'untouchable women'.

I feel that for most people, once they are smitten and felt like they found a 'home' in someone, whatever ridiculous sinister plans they had before (and let's be honest, they have these plans cause they are afraid to get hurt or being judged by peers) are gone just like that.
