Most sane people realise that in the western world, equality between the sexes was achieved years ago. Modern day "feminism" is about supremacy. It isn't about fighting for rights men have that women don't because simply put, there are no rights that men have that women don't.

Baby boomers lived in a time where things that are considered sexist today, were normalised. Their opinion on this topic will be shaped by their lived experiences where as young men today have known nothing else other than what it's like to live in a female-first society where women's issues are placed firmly before men's.

Thankfully, more and more people are starting to see modern day feminism for the cancer that it really is. Whilst some women might benefit from it now, nobody is going to win if it carries on long term. 45% of women between the ages of 25-44 will be single and childless by 2030 according to Morgan Stanley. That's what "feminism" has caused. Are those 44 year old women going to be thankful for it long term?

Boomers went to school in the ‘50’s to the ‘70’s. There were far more male teachers, especially in younger grades then (male Primary/Elementary school teachers are an endangered species now). And there were still clear social expectations in their formative years that women didn’t work in many jobs.

Clearly they won’t grasp how a) young boys are being treated in schools; b) that women are far from facing discrimination in hiring and are actively being favoured!

It’s a bit like the “boomer” attitude to house prices: don’t eat smashed avocado. And “I took a paper bag for lunch and ate for free” bs!

Look boomers didn’t necessarily have an easy time. But they grew into a time of job security and much lower housing cost (although the amenities were lower). The problem is that they still judge things by their formative years. And in their formative years there was enough social pressure that women should be housewives that feminism, even with its extremists, seemed like a needed pushback. I suspect most boomers would be shocked at how boys are now treated at schools and the levels of discrimination they face trying to get work, and would be appalled at the present dating market.

Gen Z don’t have the luxury of living in the world that boomers knew (which was the product of the hard work and struggle of previous generations up to the war generation that boomers supposedly wanted to “rebel” against). Instead they have to deal with the reality of what feminism has truly brought! I had the misfortune to have a truly feminist, man hating teacher in Primary School. And having to face this day after day for your whole time in school?????

A world that men created to facilitate ease of life for women.

Look up the terms gynocentric and the feminine imperative.

Women want the rights of men, privileges of being women (chivalry) and the accountability of children.

Feminism has become female chauvinism.

Feminism has masculinized women.

Chasing education, career advancement, status and wealth are masculine metrics of success. These are qualities women find attractive in men. Not vice versa. Feminism has scammed women to pursue these metrics for the past 3-4 generations.

Men find beauty as the primary attractive quality. Her career, education and etc are a bonus but it doesn’t make her hotter in a man’s eyes. A 42 year old female professor isn’t as attractive as a 21 year female super model or IG model. Women will shame men for their preferences but we are supposed to accept their standards.

Women fall in love with what they hear. Men fall in love with what they see. That’s why women wear makeup and men lie. Both are deceptive practices.

A women’s personal worth is not correlated with her attractiveness to the opposite gender. Women love to conflate the 2 and use that as an attack vector against men.

Misogyny is unacceptable but misandry is? Toxic masculinity is not acceptable but toxic femininity is?

Yep but i would also say that even Boomers are being awakened.

My family members are starting to notice that feminism is hand in hand with the trans movement and they cannot understand it. The ideaological conundrum, feminism promotes women above all, and women can do all that men can do, but if your a man identifying as a woman, you must get applauded as woman of the year and celebrated even more than women. Thus, women are better, unless your a man pretending to be a woman your even better .

Feminism has lied to their generations of women, now those women are older and - sue ellen bowder, louise perry etc they all can see the inherent problems with it. Feminism is/was always a lie to manipulate women, in an attempt to really control the demographic they want to manipulate - millitary aged men.

Specially regarding gen Z men, they have never seem any privilleges. Absolutely. My son is much more aware of the inequality of the treatment of the two 'equal' sexes. I'm Gen X and men sucked and women were mistreated, but we figured it out and treated women as equals. Somewhere along the line, the idea that women being mistreated was actively being worked on and legally everyone was equal, that went underground. Because everything wasn't 50/50 not only do men suck, white men are sexist AND racist etc etc etc. Shocking honestly. Thought my generation always did well by women.

My son had no shock. His idea is if men and women are equal, why are men being treated so poorly just for being men? He was just disgusted by modern 'ideas'. Thank goodness for him. He keeps my hope for the future alive.

So I noticed that the results for women themselves about wether feminism has done more harm than good, look pretty close to the results for men, and yet that's hardly mentioned. 'One in five boys' is widely said, but no mention of what's possibly 'one in 6 girls'

They really don't like Andrew tate, but they seem to have a distate for feminism about the same rate as men.

As a gen Z, theres no legal discrimination against females. if anything the law works in their favor. The only thing that may top being a female in the eyes of the law, is being rich. I've only received hate from feminism, even when I never have done some bad thing their ranting on about. at worst maybe having my legs to spread, but as a man, sometimes my shit needs to breath and being between legs isn't comfortable.

This type of articles are always a poisoned candy.

We trend to believe it without critical thinking.

The own article shows that most men have an unfavorable opinion on Andrew Tate, and more men think feminism made more good than harm that men thinking the other way around.

Anyway I don't think Andrew Tate or even Peterson are good examples of being male. A Neo Red Piller and a tradcucks. Both of them fall into the ginocentric world view.

Andrew Tate is always obsessed with being male and masculine, you have to watch yourself to not to be a cuck. Anything may be interpreted as a lack of masculinity. I once heard him saying that speaking Spanish is for cucks and if you speak Spanish you are a cuck lmao.

Peterson is a tradcucks who believes men's issues are not something we should fix but get over and just stop complaining and bear with it.

Both of them are indeed products of feminism, but not in the way you are thinking. They are just feminism for right-wingers heirs of feminism.

Why can't we just have male celebrities telling men they deserve to be protected and cared just like women and it's ok to have a waifu taller than them?

I'm somewhat surprised by this, but not entirely. It makes logical sense since feminism is cancer and has been beating this generation's males down. However, it doesn't make sense because this generation was beat down as children, which is when they're most malleable. I guess the number is still low at 16%. More likely than the boomers doesn't mean they're awake to the problem.

The biggest surprise to me is that millennials were brought up in a somewhat socialist environment with the schooling, at least in the US. No child left behind and grading on a curve mean that there's not really any reason to go above and beyond because you'll all be the same in the end. This seems to have influenced the millennial mindset in the workplace. I figured a similar thing would happen with GenZ and millennials. I did see somewhere that this is the gayest generation to exist so it probably has.

Classical feminism was about equality. Neo-feminism has been a successful attempt at breaking familial bond by brainwashing women through media and school system. The ruling class wants to influence men through women. If you break familial bond between men and women, society becomes weak, and people go into deeper levels of slavery. Our condition is not freedom but slavery. It's just not classical chattel slavery, but chattel slavery might come back. Or, we might see something worse than chattel slavery.

If men and women form familial bond, then society becomes as hard as diamond, and there will be no ruling class and no slavery.

If you want no slavery, there must not be a government between men and women or between people. If you replace the creator with government, what you get is slavery. Chattel slavery was backed by kingship. If you put the creator's natural law principles instead of government between people and between men and women, you get freedom.

For most people, money and government are their god because they replaced the creator with money and government. Religion is everywhere. Atheists worship money and government as their god. Feminists worship money and government as their god. Organized religions do not oppose government-funded wars. All of them are false religions. The true religion is (moral) principles which were given to us by the creator.

The creator didn't give humans authority to modify laws. If people wrongly believe that they can create arbitrary laws that didn't exist before, you get slavery. If enough people back arbitrary laws with enough ceremony and enough violence, you get slavery. The creator gave us immutable moral laws which state "don't steal from others" and "defend yourself".
