I can relate to you.

Let me ask you something. Do you yearn for validation? Do you take the bullying that people have given to you, over the years, and just repeat it? If so, you could possibly be subjecting yourself to confirmation bias.

It could be, and in fact is likely the acse that many women are attracted to you. But, you would never notice or believe them, because you have those deeply painful memories already in you. These memories are going to shape your world view, and warp your perception of who you are. they can be so bad, and emotionally painful, that they will even supercede very compelling evidence to the contrary.

I want to say I am deeply sorry this has happened to you. I have gone through something similiar. And I can relate to constantly feeling as though I am ugly. I mean. I know intellectually I am in fact not. But I too have constantly feelings of inadequacy. While I haven't solved my issue. I do know how to solve it, because I've helped other men. And there are a couple of things.

Find someone who will actually listen to you - They need to sit with you and allow you to let out all of your feelings of inadequacy. They will get to know you and gain your trust. And they can not , at least in the initial stages, judge you or challenge you. Someone like this will feel as though they understand you and they are on your side. That way, the two of you can explore your insecurities together. You can address if your thoughts and fears really are true, or if you are making them up.
As much as you can, you need to hold your own beliefs accountable - This is hard to do on your own, because it is easy to get stuck in your head. But it can help, if you can't find anyone. For 15-30 minutes a day. Sit down and really think about why you think the way you do about yourself. What have you seen or experienced, on a day to day basis, that gives evidence you are ugly? What have you seen that gives evidence you are not? You can help yourself do this by making mental notes in the moment. Be critical, ask yourself if those moments.
Do things you are proud of - What goals do you have? What skills do you want to accomplish. Do you have SMART goals? If not try to make some. Make them doable. Something like "take a 20 minute walk", "do a single coding course every 2 days", "ask at least one woman the time". Congratulate yourself for every small win. If you can, write them down. Celebrate yourself! Don't buy into silly self love bs, instead take action. Overtime , improve yourself and your goals. Become more competent. When you have some skills, or have accomplished something, look back and see how good of a job you did.

You can change yourself to have higher self esteem, it may not happen immediatey, but it is possible sooner than you think. You will need displipline , consistency, and a plan. And a better mindset, will mean more respect and attraction from women. Its possible. I believe in you. Also if you ever want encouragement or help, you can always hit me up.

I feel like something happened, recently that made you feel so low to the point that you made a post about how ugly you are and you're going to die alone.

Whatever it is man, would you have to remember is that it's okay. It's okay to feel sad, it's okay to feel low about yourself, but was not okay to let it get to your head.

I can truly say everyone in this subreddit has felt the same way. We will had our lows we all had our highs, we will had ourselves destroyed both mentally and emotionally. But it's okay

I used to think the same thing as you, see all that was wrong. But, I never reason down about because I had plenty going on in life. I also looked young for my age.

What I did do is practice socializing, just in general. This made all of the difference, and I did a lot if it. Prior, I had missed opportunities with girls because I didn't think I was good enough. In the middle I was doing just fine, later I had more girls going than any one guy needed.

It's all in your mind. You need a go get it attitude and to stop looking in the mirror.
