I'm not one of those. I don't get laid a lot. I get laid a decent amount, usually once or twice a month. I masturbate nearly every day but never more than once per day. Being horny and not relieving myself just makes me frustrated and anxious. If I didn't, I probably wouldn't last long at all when I did get laid. Think about it. A couple times a month? Doesn't matter much. Lots of other things matter more. It's the same as any other neutral habit: if it negatively impacts what matters, it's not neutral anymore. If you get ED, procrastinate study to masturbate or don't go out because you want to blow out; you have a problem. Address that problem.
