We just went to divorce trial, got 50/50. We agreed on vacation before school starts, so ex (NPD) goes to another state to see a desperate loser with my daughter (5). My daughter comes back and tells me that this loser said he will "beat me up" this was said infront of mom, my poor daughter responded by saying that my parents (her gradnparents) will defend me and this cunt responded "forget about those two"

Mind you this is a high conflict divorce, she levelled multiple false CPS reports that were all proven false. My daughter currently has a therapist, who's pretty good that she sees about once a week. I am now on vacation with my daughter for the next week and half. I don't know how to respond to this. Do I contact her therapist, CPS, and/or ex?

I am reluctant to tip off my ex until some other authority is aware. Additionally, since I'll have my daughter for a week and half, she will have a harder time to confuse her before anyone talks to her. I may be opening the door to CPS post-divorce, but ex has zero credability with them and perhaps she would open it regardless.
