I have a really strong Halo effect with my current girlfriend. We met as acquaintances that have seen each other around before. The first day we ever said a word to each other, we got in bed together. Afterwards, we talked about whether it was casual or a relationship (she seemed okay with either, I didn’t misinterpret anything), and I wanted a relationship.

She recently asked me if I’ve ever had a one night stand with someone. It took me a second to realize she was serious. I purposefully act like an outgoing, trustworthy person when I want to get laid, but it seems like people only listen to my words, not my actions. I don’t know how to make it any clearer to someone I want to sleep with that “I’m promiscuous” than if I sleep with them while sober super quickly.

It’s not like women want me to go around blabbing a lot saying “hey everyone, I have a high n count!”. So I honestly don’t know if I even did anything wrong here.
