It's been a hellish 8 months or so, starting with "I love you, but I'm not in love with you." Well, we worked on it, moved cities, and did counseling all to no change in her feelings. We have two kids (9, 5) and we both want 50/50, but that's not why I wanted a family. She mentioned divorce in the past few months and always walked it back. It sounds pretty official this time. I'm having a hard time tonight. I love her, but this made me mad (she said she is 'doing this for everyone.' wtf?) so I'm on a walk.

I'm already working out regularly, will need to cut out drinking -nothing to gain there, but not excessive by any means, and I'm just lost. How do you cope with losing someone who was your best friend in this world?

Edit: Married 11 years and together 13. First marriage for both of us. We're both 37.
