Obvs inspired by recent "motherhood is a bad deal" post -

Okay, women want communism, the real one to be "compensated" and are not satisfied how it is done currently (and it is done); here's the problem - "society" is not interested in more useless meat, and as a "deal" implies agreed upon quality standards, it would be dishonest to "compensate" mother of a Nobel prize winner and of a stoner equally. 2024 National Assessment of Educational Progress results indicate that 40% of American 4th graders are borderline illiterate. In a communist system where mothers of these children were compensated for not using contraceptives, then for getting pregnant, then for carrying pregnancy to term, then for raising these children to 4th grade... how should they be punished? Estimated 1 to 5% children have detectable side effects of fetal poisoning, what about those?

Please note that unlike a criminal case where you generally have to prove intent, here I am talking solely breach of contract. The delivered goods are evidently substandard.

Does anyone really want motherhood to be "a deal" with everything that it implies? Or maybe the current system, where damages are for the couple to absorb, is already reasonably within women's best interests, and "falling birth rates" have nothing to do with how "bad" the non-deal is? - Discuss.
