You need to unwire your brain

HVM that are 30+ do not go for go for 22 year olds. Period. Look at the NYT times wedding announcements section. The majority of successful HVM are going for successful HVW of the same age range. Click on pic after pic and you will realize it’s true.

Why choose an almost 30 year old when you can have a 22 year old? Because your value isn’t about the age of your vagina.

After turning 30 in comparison to me being 22 I have:

A more fit body (-10kg, ideal weight and stronger)

Earning 250% more

Self esteem up 250% as well

Better skin, better hair

More assets

More HVM pursuing me

More quality friendships

More free time do to great work contract (no overtones, 6 weeks vacation)

More sleep with better quality

People treating me with more respect = less drama, less stress, more at peace

There's literally nothing I'm missing from my early 20s or wish I had now.... NOTHING. Life is just better.

As a 20 year old:

Stressed

Shitty skin/hair

Cysts and tears

Had shitty sleep patterns

Drinking/Partying/Throwing up too much

10kg overweight (I'm short so for me it was alot)

Swarmed by thirsty LVM

Underpaid

Broke at the end of every month

Toxic friendships

No hobbies

I repeat: The age difference between 22 and 30 doesn't determine the quality of your life, your relationships or your mental health.

You are a woman. A human. Not an iPhone that automatically brakes down when the new update gets installed exactly at midnight on your exact birthday.

don't give a fuck about scrotes, even though I have offers from 18 to 52 year old men. Yes, I'm not kidding, I have an 18 year old wanting a piece of me... The audacity 😂

Men will approach you at ANY age, if you look good and exude confidence. Just level up and don't care about numbers. My grandmother is in her late 70s and she still gets approached by men. She even gets a few MARRIAGE proposals every year. Just last month we were having lunch together in a nice pizza place, and a men her age approached her, and asked for her number. She said no, I'm enjoying my time with my granddaughter, leaves us alone please.

Seriously, the 'wall' that's supposed to hit you at 30 isn't there. My rebound after I (33) broke up with my cheating fiance, was my way younger personal trainer (25 with a sixpack). He was the one who wanted to be exclusive real fast too and wanted me to be his girlfriend. This didn't work out because, rebound, but it says something about the non-existent wall. Men of all ages came crawling out of the woodwork when they heard I broke it off with my ex.

Don't let those myths get to you. I get that it can be hard, especially if you want a child. But it's way better to get a child with the right person later in your 30's than to settle with a LVM and end up on breakingmom.

I think you should focus on building up your self-esteem. Maybe find some women in their 30s to look up to and get inspired by. I used to be so scared of being older than 26 lol... but I'm now 28 and feel more comfortable and confident with every passing year. This society is so toxic and makes women feel like they start losing their value as soon as they hit 30. It's all bullshit and a man of value will be able to see through it. Love yourself and learn to appreciate how far you've come in your 29 years. And if you're looking for a man in his late 30s-late 40's, 29/30 is still young in their eyes. Scratch that, 29/30 IS young!

I'm 50. Believe me when I tell you that your age doesn't matter; I still get hit on by men in their 30s and 40s who haven't a clue how old I am, and by men on OLD sites that know exactly how old I am.

30 is not the end in anyway. Take care of yourself - get your skincare routine going or keep it strong (look into retinol), exercise, vacation, enjoy yourself. And like everyone said, a HVM will not be going for girls 15 years younger than him.

My ex is 8 years younger than me. Granted we were both each other’s first serious relationship and are not on the same level. If I could go back, I wouldn’t put myself thru the pain. But he was always attracted to me and still is. Still wants me in his life. So don’t trip about the age thing.

My cousin got married in her mid 30s to a HVM who is about the same age as her. He adores her. She always had men of all ages chasing her.

Any man who wouldn’t want to date you for being 30 is not a man you should want to date. If your fertility is a concern, it’s on you to look into egg freezing etc. Don’t settle for any chump because you feel some arbitrary clock is running out.

I for once absolutely love being in my early 30s. No kids, established in my career, collecting my bag. What’s not to love about that?!

I don't think you should be insecure about this.

It is hardly a state secret that most healthy women are fertile in their 30s and it's always been common for women to have children at those ages, long before IVF or modern fertility treatment existed. It's more common now than ever. The average age of first-time mothers in many Western countries is around 30.

I know it's a common thing in reddit manosphere cesspits to talk about the "wall" but it's kind of a myth. It's true in the sense that looks fade with age (for men and women), but it's not the cliff edge they make it out to be, it's a gradual process throughout your lifespan. Plenty of women in their 30s+ have no trouble dating and are considered conventionally attractive. Chris Hemsworth, the 2nd highest-paid actor in the world and arguably this generation's Brad Pitt in terms of being a sex symbol, married a woman who's 6 years older than him and was 34 when they started dating. They have 3 kids (biological) together. It's hardly an isolated example in the celeb world, let alone the real world.

I recently turned 30 and it's been the best age of my life, I've never felt sexier or more confident and I've never had so many men chasing me and trying to lock me down. The wall is something I've only ever read about on here, it does not reflect the reality of being a 30+ woman.

I will say that men my age are fewer as the majority of the men I attract are early to late 20s and mid to late 30s but I'm not complaining, most men 40 plus I've encountered very much appreciate me but put me in the "too young" basket. A HVM wants a woman he can contend with and be equal partners with, someone who excites and challenges him and isn't afraid to be in her skin, age is not a factor.

A poster here pointed to an article on the misconceptions people have about fertility- it was on a show where the guy debunks myths who said the facts were a small study of French women in the 50s and that it’s perfectly fine to wait until you are 40 to have kids. Ladies, help her out if you know it! Also, age is nothing to feel bad about, as long as you take care of you, who the heck cares? An HVM will go out of his way to pursue you ❤️

One day you will not care, you will stop viewing yourself through the lens of a man picking you for one reason or another and start viewing yourself through a lens of self love. Age will be absolutely irrelevant other than you’ll look in the mirror and won’t believe how hot you look. At 40. I’m super cute, smart, funny, and 38. And I have other good qualities too! I have no problems finding dates. Finding a good man is the main problem. Keep being amazing and don’t ever stop vetting. If they want an inexperienced 22 year old, well, they are a POS unless they are also an inexperienced 22 year old. But honestly, they are probably a POS too who isn’t ready to “settle down” and want to “sow their wild oats.” Girl, you are fine. The men... well... they need assistance, but not from us. Hey! I’m going to be 30 in less than 2 weeks. Okay so for me I wanted to be married with kids by like 25.... so I already reached that point where I felt bad about my age and was able to move past it. I don’t feel that way anymore. I feel like I would rather be alone than settle and I’ve let go of control. You will move past it. It just might take time. And as far as men, just because the 30 year old men you know / are imagining want 22 year olds, it does not mean HVM do.

The average age for people's first marriage is only going higher and higher and it's about 30. Link And that's just data for people's first marriages in 2017. Truth is HVM aren't going too go looking for a large gap, they want someone who is in the same stage of life as they are. If you are interested in having children and are concerned about aging and don't want your 'biological clock' to have influence over your choice in selection of partners, freeze your eggs. That way you're not settling for a man simply because he's around and you're choosing a man because he's a true HVM.
