I can't believe I have stooped to the point of posting about my wife's bowel movements. This is a new low.

For about the last 3 weeks, I have went into our master bathroom to give my kids a bath, only to be punched in the face with the smell of shit. Before each of these incidents my wife has relieved herself in that same bathroom. Over these last 3 weeks this has happened 3 times.

Our house has 4.5 bathrooms and without having to explain the layout of my house, just know that the bathroom I use to give my kid's bath is the most reasonable splash resistant choice in the house. Twice I asked my wife to use one of the other bathrooms if she is going to poop and if I need to go spend 30 minutes in it right after. My requests have fallen upon dead ears. Each time my wife ignored me and did her business where I asked her not too.

Is her defiance a literal "shit test"? If I knew somebody was going to be sitting in a small room for half an hour, I wouldn't even consider whether or not I should pitch a steamy loaf in there. I would just use another bathroom. My wife has offered no explanation for why she does this so I thought I would see what the group said.

My wife is normally well-behaved for the most part. But it is a behavior I'd like to have her change. When compared to other issues on here, this is a first world problem. Or maybe. "#2 problem". Any ideas on why my wife wants to shit where we will immediately be right after? In college I had a teammate that would take shits in people's cars and on their doorsteps. It always seemed like an incredibly aggressive act. I don't know that my wife's is like that. Could it be a territory thing, a shit test, or just repeated incidents of her being inconsiderate? Sorry for the shit post.
