I’m sick and tired of seeing TRP fueled with all this right-wing political ideology. I’m sick of reading posts about “How Alpha I was today.” I can’t take that shit seriously, it looks like a bunch of roleplaying. Or the endless pathologizing. There’s so much backwards logic in regards to “this is the biological reason why women react like x.” It’s usually complete pseudo science. Rollo is the worst offender of this, and it doesn’t help that his masturbatory armchair-philosopher speak gives him credibility to the most gullible ears.

But yea, some of TRP works. I just don’t understand why there can’t be a community that gives advice to guys without trying to rationalize it so much. Sure, understanding why it works helps for some guys who are in denial but I feel like ultimately it leads to what TRP is today. There’s nothing wrong with trying to understand why, I just think TRPers are not remotely qualified to make a claim about where behaviors actually come from.

Why can’t we just have a sub that’s like “you know as shitty as it might be, ignoring girls works sometimes. Try it instead of spamming that girl because she didn’t reply to you within the last hour.” Why can’t you just recommend shit like that and not try to explain it through bullshit biological perspectives. Stop giving it silly names and stop larping about how alpha you are because of your “dread game.”

Why do you guys always have to be like “AWALT, she’s gonna cheat on you.” Just say that girls lose interest. People lose interest. People cheat. It fucking happens, it doesn’t mean anyone with a vagina is the devil. Jesus christ.

The old school pickup community was so much better about this. Yea, they didn’t have the best technique, but at least it all came from stuff they tested in the field. At least their terminology was semi-ironic. There isn’t remotely a hint of irony in a TRPer posting about how alpha he is, it’s silly and complete fucking role-play.
