Often, dating for men involves a large investment of time, energy, and money. You message 100 women, talk to 20, talk to 5 for longer, get dates with 2, those dates involve a meal or drinks and/or some other money spending. You have to do a couple of those dates before sex is on the table, etc. OR...maybe you get to that point, after all that time and energy investment, and she decides she's just not into you, and it goes nowhere. It's a slog, and a joyless and humiliating one.

I came to a point where I just didn't care if it works better or worse, I'm wasn't doing that anymore. No, I'm not buying you dinner in the hope you'll sleep with me. If I wanted something like that, I'd see a prostitute and guarantee the outcome. Similarly, I don't put effort into conversations I'm not enjoying in the hope of getting somewhere.

The results? Slightly better, actually. Neither way is some kind of massive boon, but the first way is not remotely worth it in the modern day, at least in my experience.

I know there are RP ideas that kind of agree with this, but I'm also curious what blue and purple pill women think. If a guy just makes it clear point blank he's not going to try and earn his way with you, how do you feel about that? Do you respect him more? Do you ever honesty put guys through the process, and decide, after time, he's done enough? Or was it always a pointless waste for guys that only makes them seem less attractive by being willing to do that?
