Edit: Also, why is it assumed that the career woman is a lonely old maid sitting at home by herself? Would you assume a "career man" doesn't date, or have a steady sex partner, or spends their free time with a significant other, or reaches age 35 wondering why he isn't married yet?

Career = has her own money, is much less likely to be a leech, has her own interests and her own life, has spent her time doing something useful.

Casual sex = fun in the short-term but ultimately fruitless with nothing to show for it.

I'm not one of these guys on the whole "fuck dem evil sluts riding the CC" circlejerk, but it's pretty obvious that dedicating most of your time to career is much more useful later in life than fucking around.

That doesn't mean you can't have fun as well, but it seems to me that making casual sex the focus of your life during your youth is a waste of time especially when it's at the expense of a fruitful career.

Same goes for men as well tbh. Focus on making money not chasing bitches. No double standards from me on this one.

Worse? I don't know if it is even bad, as long as she is satisfied with her choices and doesn't blame men. She can have casual sex all she wants, it's her choice. You have left out quite a bunch of informations. But if we're comparing two women of the same age here (whether that's 20, or 25, or 30, or 35), and one of them has focused on her career and didn't fuck around and party all the time; while the other did exactly that, then of course the former is better than the latter.

A 20 year old girl who has focused on school and her education is vastly better than a vapid party slut of the same age. And a 35 year old career woman who suddenly gets baby rabies and now wants to settle down is better than the town bicycle who realized after 20 years that she can't keep up the partying lifestyle (even though I have to add that I wouldn't want either woman).

You do realise most of the complaints are hyperbole, right? As in they are extreme examples of reasons why men are hesitant to commit to some types of women? They tend to represent trends or attitudes that influence relationship satisfaction rather than one dimensional characters.

A woman can have a career as long as she doesn't prioritize it over her partner. She can have past sexual experience, as long as she doesn't treat her current partner in a poorer manner. It's when she tries to 'have it all' or wastes her youth on chasing promotions, or riding the CC that gives men pause. A smart woman can do things in moderation.

The casual sex and meaningless relationships one. Past behaviour predicts future behaviour, and she's kind of "used goods" in a way. I wouldn't be able to trust her with any kind of meaningful relationship.

Also is pertains to me, the career woman would have no interest in me because I'm not a career man, so the first woman also presents the most "danger."

I think the career woman probably has it harder in dating, because her standards are high and she spent most of her youth doing something non-dating oriented. High standards + declining youth makes it harder to attract the kind of man she wants, especially since the kind of man she wants has no problem dating a woman who isn't as accomplished as she is and is younger than she is.

I did both loved all of it (so don't understand the "worse" part). I played around until I meet my SO, and then started going back to school and am now 38 with a very profitable career. I did this while raising a son. We've been together for 15 years (married 11). We are very happy.

hard to say. A full on career woman has lots of stress and anger, and is likely to be very demanding in the relationship. Aside from bringing in income, it doesn't add much. She will also likely be attracted to some of the men she works with.

Exceptions are jobs dealing with children or otherwise non stressful services.

A woman who had lots of casual sex has her oxytocin receptors fried, meaning that it is harder to bond. She also likely has one or two men who alpha-widowed her and she still thinks about.

If by "dating" you mean non-commited sexual relationships, they are equally unimportant. If you mean dating as in "long.term relationship with the prospect of marriage" they are again both equally bad.
