In my experience men are more driven by their emotions and women think more in terms of rationality. Men will be driven by anger or jealousy or sex drive (not saying to what extent each is cultural or biological). Women on the other hand think more in terms of what is best for them and reviewing their options.

I haven't noticed any similarities between all women and how they think. They all need to be impressed by a man in some way to be attracted to him, but what individual women are impressed by and attracted to varies greatly.

As a woman I think I think differently than men in the following ways. These are also ways I consider to be "feminine" leaning.

When I'm analyzing a problem / situation, I tend to think of all possible scenarios and consequences. I tend to think of these things in parallel and able to see many different sides to something and carry out many thoughts at once. Maybe some men also think this way but I see a lot of "this is the problem and this is the solution" when there's many other takes one could have
I tend to be more verbose than men, and I believe I use a lot of words to convey my meaning. Men don't do this.
I tend to use feelings a lot when analyzing situations. I'm able to differentiate logical / emotional and be able to see the emotional side of things. I am to have a lot of empathy. I'm not saying guys don't have empathy. I feel like this is an xxFx thing. More men are Ts and more women are Fs on average which is why it seems this way.
I tend to be able to deconstruction social situations and human interaction when I pay attention. It's not hard to do that.
I have a creative /artistic / design flair
I care about style , looking attractive,
Submissive in bed (or likes to be )

I find women on average tend to have the above attributes more often than men. I'm not saying this applies to ALL women. Also, I have my own things where I am atypical. For instance I have "bipolar" but I use it to be very productive at work. I hyper focus on a technical problem and love solving problems. Yet at the same time am good at project management and other things. So my passion for my career / field seems to be on par with a male's as I have a diverse set of skills but also able to specialize and be an expert. This is a non humble brag but with the amount of men who think women can't or don't have passion for their fields there are certainly those who do, and there are certainly women who are intelligent, and all that stuff same way as there are men who are adept at social interaction and empathy.

Not sure I really understand what you're wanting out of answers, but I think an analogy for how most women think differently than men is they keep more tabs open in their head. Most men are easier to get focused on that one track mind. A lot of women seem to always be scrolling over different tabs, and bouncing around ideas into each one as she thinks of them.

How this helps or translates into the bedroom, is that the idea isn't to try and figure out what she is thinking, just get her to close everything else out, and only focus on your tab. Thinking too much, or "too much going on in her mind," is a common problem given by women on why they couldn't orgasm. Get her caught in the moment, free from all the background noise, and you're a lot more likely to get her there on your tab.

The primary difference I've noticed between men and women, and that is uniform throughout almost all women I've met except a few is that their feelings dictate their behavior, and they show very little ability to seperate what is true from what they feel.

I have also noticed that women show very little inclination to accept personal responsibility or culpability.

What are these differences?

Males have a tendency to focus on one task at a time, whereas females have a tendency to pay attention to several things at a time.
Females are more influenced by their emotions and more empathetic than males.
Males take more risks than females.
Females are better at recalling detail or remembering in general and are more detail oriented than males.
Females feel pain at a greater intensity than males.

Inspired by the thread on naturals, apparently there is some common trend on how women think, that is distinct from the way men think. What are these differences?

Differences by sex ?

Well, in sexual strategy they are pursuing a different objective to men. Lets get that out the way first. So even if they thought the same, they'd come to different conclusions in any case as what they are seeking is different to what men are seeking. They have different genetic/instinctive goals.

In addition to this they also think there way towards them differently. I'd say women are more often guided by their emotions/instincts than men are, and men more my "rational conscious decision processes" than women are. Although I would also add there is no reason to think either way is actually superior in achieving it's results than the other overall.... and in the sexual sphere I think instinctive decision making is probably better.

I'd also say women think better, and understand more instinctively, social situations than men. They have a better "theory of mind" than men do. Women are better at understanding "people" and men are better at understanding "things".

There are legions of other differences but they are the big 3..... different objectives (sexual/relationship wise), conscious/rational vs unconscious/instinctive, people vs thing differences.

In my personal life some women know that infatuation and love isn't a controlled choice. I don't care about the 80/20 dichotomy either and so don't they, because we don't believe in it.

I think most people understand that. That love/attraction is instinctual.

Almost nobody understands WHY it's instinctual. Why sex and choice of partner is so instinctually driven but (say) cars and choice of car to by is so rationally driven.

Which is that genes have an overriding interest in who you have sex with, but no interest in what car you buy (except where it relates to sex).

EDIT: After readin Electra_Cute's reply above, I'd also add greater male risk taking/aggression to this list for the Big 3 4 differences.

Traits I've noticed in women:

doesn't like videogames.
Intense need to get things done, for progress to be happening constantly.
Generalized anxiety disorder. Constantly worrying about something.
Wants to buy a house and obsesses over where it will be, how it will look, etc.
Has absorbed some feminist/anti Trump memes from facebook and will regurgitate them in a not-overly-thought-out fashion at random moments.
Is, on some level, deeply frustrated with her SO/husband unless they just started dating.
Shares intimate/private details of her relationship with outsiders

To sum up, I don't get along with women very well. They have their positive traits, but overall, I find them stressful to interact with. I feel like they are judging me constantly, or are constantly worried/defensive that I will hit on them or do something inappropriate. Maybe that's because I give off quiet scary loner vibes. I get along fine with men though.

i have enough experience with women to know that their brain works in a completely different way.

the most obvious difference IMHO is how women can so easily and drastically change their recollection of past events so that they are consistent with the current emotional narrative. sometimes it seems like they are just straight up lying, but their memories really do change.

if you're looking for a male-female difference with very solid scientific support, look into spatial vizualization ability.

next time you are with a mixed gender group, give everyone a piece of paper and ask them to draw a bicycle from memory.

On top of most people have listed...

They get frustrated a lot with their SO, because they expect their male counterpart to be putting effort all the time. As if we don't tire out or we just want to lay back after a stressful day at work. I suppose, they assume we lack energy because we're lazy or we're complacent, disregarding our mental or physical state unless there are visible signs of issues.
They tend to make decisions with a limited scope in regards to consequences. This can be a reason why some women make bad decisions on a whim, some men makes the same mistakes, but its uncanny to see this from supposedly educated, intelligent and highly capable women... as mentioned, some men make the same mistakes but usually the men in question aren't considered the more capable ones.
When arguing, they bring up the past a lot. They also change details to suit the narrative they are pushing.
Pettiness... one thing about women (some?), pettiness. Most men would rather not argue over the small bits to save a head ache effort arguing but some women... the smallest bits are worth arguing over for the next hour.
They can panic under duress, a lot of men too, but its rarer for women to be under control when under duress. And they (some) point fingers, when its the last thing that needs to happen. Some men do it too, but these men are detestable and looked down by other men.

With that said, my wife does those things sometimes, but I've learnt how to react... which is NOT react. Atleast not in a way she expects me to, which helps her pause for a minute and re-think her approach. I've been an asshole to her purposely sometimes to let her know I'm not a push over and honestly, I'm surprised she gets my perspective immediately.

I guess a good place to start this discussion is transgender research because the idea behind transgenderism is that someone who feels/thinks like a woman is literally a woman. The idea is that a persons gender status (gender status = which gender they are being recognized as in society/which gendered pronouns they are being addressed as) shouldn't be determined by their sex (their chromosomes/sexual organs), but by their gender identity instead (do they feel like a man or a woman? Do they think like a man or a woman?) or in other words based on if they've got a female or male brain.

It's pretty interesting how other cultures have determined someone's gender status

In Mohave society a boy who “acted strangely” before he participated in the boy’s puberty ceremonies in the Mohave tribe would be considered for the transvestite ceremony. Expressing interest in dolls, the domestic work of women, women’s gambling games, and inquiring about the female skirt were all ways a boy may be considered for the transvestite ceremony. Before the ceremony, relatives would try to dissuade him, but if the boy persists, they would assist in the preparations for the ceremony. The ceremony itself was meant to surprise the boy. It was a test of willingness. Other nearby settlements would receive word to come and watch. A circle of onlookers would sing special songs. If the boy danced like a woman, it confirmed his status as an alyha. He was then taken to a river to bathe, and was given a skirt to wear. The ceremony would permanently change his gender status within the tribe. He then took up a female name.

Figure 2: Transgender women tend to have brain structures that resemble cisgender women, rather than cisgender men. Two sexually dimorphic (differing between men and women) areas of the brain are often compared between men and women. The bed nucleus of the stria terminalus (BSTc) and sexually dimorphic nucleus of transgender women are more similar to those of cisgender woman than to those of cisgender men, suggesting that the general brain structure of these women is in keeping with their gender identity.

In 1995 and 2000, two independent teams of researchers decided to examine a region of the brain called the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis (BSTc) in trans- and cisgender men and women (Figure 2). The BSTc functions in anxiety, but is, on average, twice as large and twice as densely populated with cells in men compared to women. This sexual dimorphism is pretty robust, and though scientists don’t know why it exists, it appears to be a good marker of a “male” vs. “female” brain. Thus, these two studies sought to examine the brains of transgender individuals to figure out if their brains better resembled their assigned or chosen sex.

Interestingly, both teams discovered that male-to-female transgender women had a BSTc more closely resembling that of cisgender women than men in both size and cell density, and that female-to-male transgender men had BSTcs resembling cisgender men. These differences remained even after the scientists took into account the fact that many transgender men and women in their study were taking estrogen and testosterone during their transition by including cisgender men and women who were also on hormones not corresponding to their assigned biological sex (for a variety of medical reasons). These findings have since been confirmed and corroborated in other studies and other regions of the brain, including a region of the brain called the sexually dimorphic nucleus (Figure 2) that is believed to affect sexual behavior in animals.

It has been conclusively shown that hormone treatment can vastly affect the structure and composition of the brain; thus, several teams sought to characterize the brains of transgender men and women who had not yet undergone hormone treatment. Several studies confirmed previous findings, showing once more that transgender people appear to be born with brains more similar to gender with which they identify, rather than the one to which they were assigned.

Yes. Women think differently because of evolution and society and bla bla bla.

If you want more women to touch your weiner you need to study the game and then practice it. It works but is not easy for most people.
