Truth me told, I find it very hard to place anything besides women wanting to fuck other girls as lesbian, they don't have a lot of tells. Even that hefty butch woman playing softball has a rather good chance of being a hetero like Betty from the Rugrats.

I think it's the other way around. Lesbians are more likely to be nerdy, because being gay tends to make you feel like an outsider from a young age, and when you feel like an outsider you tend to gravitate towards "outsider" interests. One thing I have in common with most of my gay friends is that we were dweebs when we were young but are "cool" now despite retaining many nerdy interests. It's a learning curve. (edit for phrasing)

When you said nerdy, I thought you meant because of their interests, but it looks like you're just describing physical traits? Just because a girl is short and chubby doesn't make her a nerd, IMO.

Either way, no. I don't really see a correlation between nerdiness and lesbianism. Softball and lesbianism, sure, but not nerdiness.

Nerdy girls are, in my experience, introverted. The one I dated was manically depressed, perpetually broke, and just all around miserable to be around. She was just stuck in a prolonged adolescence and played video games obsessively.

The novelty of having a gamer girl gf wears off after the 3rd hour of a pewdiepie viewing marathon.

No lesbianism though.

In my experience nerdy girls are much more shy and reserved and less likely to experiment with lesbianism or a FMF threesome.

Nope. Not in my experience. As a gamer myself, the overwhelming majority of nerdy females I've met have been either hetero with husbands, or bisexual with either a boyfriend or girlfriend. I can only think of a single definite lesbian who was truly not interested in dick whatsoever.

Most of the lesbians I know work in the same industry I do (the beauty industry), and are as pulled together and well groomed as anyone else in the industry.

All very pretty and femme, and genuinely nice. The only thing I've noticed is that they tend to be over-represented in chemical services (like colors or straightening services, or aestheticians) vs. other, more traditional niches (like styling or massage therapy).

I think there might be a correlation between "nerdiness" and female homosexuality. It would be hard to know if it's socialized or innate.

I've also noticed that gay/bi men are more likely to like pokemon.

I think lesbians are more likely to have nerdy hobbies but it doesn't mean women who are nerdy are lesbians. It is similar to saying all dogs have tails but not all animals with tails are dogs.

I am surrounded by women with legendary levels of nerdiness. One out of twenty or so is a lesbian, so I don't think it's more common than the population at large... More open minded to same-sex experiences, maybe...

And well it's assumed that autism is an extreme male brain which would mean that they are probably more masculinized overall and it has also been shown that lesbians tend to have more masculine faces.

So I would say that it's certainly possible that women with typically masculine interests are more likely to be lesbians or bisexual as well.

I think girls that play sports (especially softball) are more likely to become lesbian. I don't know about nerdiness, but it is a possibility.

Probably, yes. But that's ONLY because they cant get access to higher level guys, and they are SO repulsed by the guys ON THEIR LEVEL, that they literally turn gay.

Not at all. TONS of guys SPECIFICALLY like nerdy\short\chubby\ugly girls. I'll say it again. The main reason they seem to be more likely to be lesbian is because they are literally UNABLE to accept guys on their level, so they resort to trying it with other women.

As you can see, I'm a tad vexxed by this.
