Male beauty is a lot more narrow and they also have way fewer options for socially acceptable improvement.

Height is not nearly as relevant in women as in men. Shortness in men is considered a flaw while it's seen as cute in women. And tall women are often considered beautiful too unless we're heading into freakish territory. Not only that, women can wear high heels, which is not only seen as an acceptable way of raising their height, but is also seen as hot in itself. Oh and high heels actually raise women's height expectation of men to boot, i.e. he must be taller than me in heels. Men theoretically have shoe lifts, but they are not very socially acceptable. It's seen as insecure and insincere. And let's ignore these crazy, dangerous elongating surgeries.
Facial aesthetics are significantly boosted by women via makeup. Men can wear makeup, but only in subtle variants. The massive boosts women can achieve are not available to men, thus men suffer more from bad facial attractiveness.
Physique is something men must actively work for because anything short of sculpted muscle mass is seen as neutral at best by women, whereas men's preferences range from super thin to BBW. In fact, being average weight is enough to be considered beautiful by the majority of men. The reverse is not true.
Hair. Men are plagued by balding much more often than women. Chemical remedies are expensive and carry after-effects whereas physical ones (hairpieces) are not really socially acceptable.

You're a straight male though. Of course you'll find there to be a bunch more attractive women than men, your brain isn't wired to look for or even truly acknowledge male beauty. While there are not that many men that look like Adonis-esque models, there are plenty of attractive males out there. I find dadbod to be the hottest of body types, so there's shit-tons of men I see who are quite fuckable.

It takes a lot less effort for women to appear sexually attractive. From a biological standpoint this makes sense because eggs are limited and so is the amount of times a woman can get pregnant. Eggs command a higher price in the sexual market than sperm does, because sperm is practically infinite.

So women are in a position to demand higher quality sperm because it takes them less effort to get it. Thus it takes more effort for men to appear attractive than it does for women.

I think objectively men's bodies are superior to women's bodies. Women's bodies are weak, slow and fragile. So much of their physical being is tied up in organs needed for reproduction. As a man I love tits. But again, objectively speaking, they're just these ridiculous blobs of fat with no purpose except to entice men. If they had been on any other species we would have laughed at them, like the big nose on male sea cows. Balls are also fairly silly, but not of the same size and at least they serve a direct purpose.

However, evolutionary speaking - what men need from a woman is entirely wrapped up in her body: youth and fertility. What women need from men is much more varied and only partially his body - so her focus on his body is more limited, and his need to appeal to her sense of beauty less.

"Genuinely attractive" is pretty subjective. If you're talking levels of facial symmetry, women aren't more inherently attractive than men. One could argue they are due to women wearing make-up to make themselves look more symmetric, but you said "genuinely".

If you're talking 50th percentile women being treated the same as 80th percentile men by the opposite sex, due to a combination of "women are wonderful effect" and male thirst, then I agree.

I think there is a small portion of it that actually comes down to behaviour and women putting in more effort.

Women do a lot of little things men may not be aware of to improve their physical appearance in not so obvious ways. For example, you hear the joke of a man and woman going to the salon, the man spends $10 and looks like a whole new person in five minutes while the woman spends five hours and looks the exact same.

Speaking from experience, if I'm going five hours in a salon I'm getting something like highlights or my roots done. Is it obvious the end result? No, but it looks more polished in ways that are hard to define. From the same scenario we can also see that the man described went longer looking unpolished with his hair, considering how much of a change was seen at the end. It isn't universally true, but even small things like a woman stereotypically fixating on her shoes can contribute to her having a more polished and aesthetically pleasing look.

Again, this is a minor example and I don't think it accounts for everything, but I do think that women, in gender, put some very not obvious efforts into their appearances that contribute to women looking generally more attractive.

I am not so sure about that.

Finding an attractive girl that has "everything" is probably just as rare as finding an "equal" male.

What do you really need as a dude? Face and height mainly. What do you need as a girl? tits (it's not just size, which makes it even more rare), ass, height (atleast to my preference), and face.

I have seen guys in real life that has face + height. but tbh, I don't think I've ever seen a girl in real life that has tits + face + ass + height, that shit is even hard to find online.

Finding a girl in real life that has even 2 of these things is quite rare.

The peak of female beauty is far more rare than than that of male beauty.

Obviously it comes a bit down to preference, but from my preference what i said is true. If you are one of the dudes that think big tits are gross then obviously a "high beauty" woman will be far more common than in my situation, because most girls don't even have big tits.
