Why must the benefit women get from sharing adult content be financial? Other transactions can be just as beneficial to a woman, or more so. Take a look at the comment threads in any /r/gonewild post.

Here's one example from a recent top post:

Your body is amazing! Your eyes are beautiful! You look good in anything and nothing! Whoever gets to have you is luckier than a lottery winner!

There are hundreds of similar comments in that one post alone.

Women who post pictures/video of themselves onto the internet for free aren't doing it without getting something out of it. They get compliments and validation and a boost to their self-image and self-esteem.

So let's imagine a world where every woman charges a minimum of $1 per picture for all NFSW content. All it would take to disrupt this business model would be ONE woman who values the nonmonetary benefits more than the monetary benefits to come along and post her content for free. The minute that happened, millions of men could suddenly stop paying the other women and get comparable content for nothing more than a "u r beautiful." The paid content economy would collapse and only women offering premium content would be able to charge money for their products.

It's all just capitalism at work. What we have now is an efficient system by which most men get what they want (free access to an almost unlimited supply of NSFW content) and most women get what they want (attention, compliments, ego boost), with paid markets for niche and high-quality content.

Maybe another system would be "better for society," but as long as the Internet exists as a free means of distributing content, and some women are willing to give away content in exchange for validation, it wouldn't be sustainable.

As for magazines, those should be sealed, so that they have to be paid for, in order to be opened.

The result of this will be that porn mags will go extinct.

Seems like it'd involve increased monitoring by an outside agency, which I am not a fan of at all. How else would a site know whether the phone/laptop/whatever is owned by a man or a woman? And what exactly would stop an egalitarian woman like myself from logging onto a NSFW site and letting her partner browse for free?

Censoring content never works. People have been pouring a shit load of money and time into it and it still doesn't work.

You will always be able to see that stuff for free. Movie/Music/etc. companies can't stop people getting their content for free and they have been trying for a while. The governments of this world can't stop terrible things like child porn. This has no shot of ever working.

This wouldn't help women at all because it is unenforceable and would only generate ill will towards women's issues and feminism.

I don't think most of the benefits of sexual its are monetary. By forcing sexual its to be sold you'd be minimizing the other things.

How would this work in a relationship? I benefit from my man's body and want him to also benefit from me. Would your rules prevent that?

If I want to dress in a way that makes me feel good would I be forced to change? For example, I like wearing yoga pants to the gym, and men sometimes find yoga pants sexy.

This rule change sounds like it would really stifle some women's freedom to do as they please.
