There seems to be a lot of confusion over this post from earlier today. A lot of RP guys that I talked to on this thread equated the fraudulent deception discussed in the OP's article with women wearing make-up or having fake boobs.

That is not at all equivalent to the law under consideration in Massachusetts.

For a better example, let's try a little thought experiment.

You are out cruising the bars looking for plates when suddenly a wild HB8 approaches you. The evening goes swimmingly and later on (very drunk) you stagger back to her place since she has made it abundantly clear throughout the night that she is DTF.

Things get hot and heavy very quickly, it's dark, you're drunk AF, and suddenly you are getting penetrated. By her. And she is not wearing a strap on.

She lied to you throughout the evening to get your consent, and then violated you physically.

Honest reactions, please.

Oh, and is the above scenario equivalent to wearing make-up or a padded bra? Or can you perhaps begin to understand what real deception is about in this case?
