Looks are generally a baseline, the first bar to overcome. It may be the only thing that matters for the initiation of a relationship. If looks is what starts the relationship, it is personality and bad behavior that will end it, and those are perfectly valid targets of criticism.

Let's look at the flip side: if a woman has any hard limits or criteria about the men she gets into a relationship with, does that invalidate her criticisms on any or every other issue? If a woman would only date a guy who is employed full time, does that mean she can't complain about him being a jerk?

Otherwise, the OP is just a nonsensical tautology: if the only thing that mattered was the woman's looks then the man would not be complaining in the first place. The point about whether he would have the "right" to do so or not is moot.

If some man says he literally only cares about looks, then yes, he gets what he asked for. But I think it's a misconception that casual sexual depends only on looks. When someone wants casual sex, a relatively agreeable personality goes without saying. They might not care about all their partner's deepest dreams and fears, but they expect that their partner will have the same goal - to have enjoyable casual sex. It's a superficial relationship that is similar to a relationship between a service worker (like a driver or a store clerk) and customer. They don't usually need to care about each other's character before doing business. The customer only needs to know that the worker can do their job and maybe use some vetting precautions (most people don't do that though, you can easily do so much crime just by pretending to be an employee). Sometimes customers rob or attack employees, and sometimes employees rob and attack customers. We usually have sympathy for the victims, unless we think they'very been unusually naive or stupid (then we think they are just stupid). Why should we think differently about the guy who just wanted casual sexual with a hottie?

This isn't the fault of a women's character. It's the fault of a flawed legal system. A women wanting to leech resources off of men is a given. Having a legal system that forces men to give these women resources or face jail time is a different story.

The situation you seem to be describing, in a ONS scenario is very, very rare in America's hookup culture, the primary base of RP theory. Not sure if you are from another country but here 99% of girls going out and riding the cock carousel are doing so for exciting, toe-curling sex, not to get pregnant. More to the point, most women in modern society advocate for abortions and contraception access for exactly this reason, they don't want some ONS baby and child support. They still have to take care of the baby.

The more common issue TRP discusses this in, is a cuckold, in which a woman, without disclosure impregnates herself with another man's sperm, as in has sex with him, and gets her husband to raise that child secretly.

However, do you think women have the right to complain about men who physically abuse them?
