I'm in my 40s, past the halfway mark even. I'm doubtless not as hot as I was when I was 20 - dunno though, I was a pasty nerd then, and totally unattractive - but who gives a fuck? I'm not chasing 20 year olds, they're as dumb as a bag full of hammers, and if 20 year old pussy was some magical commodity, I'd drop a few hundy and go buy me some. It's not like there's a shortage, and you can get it in all sizes, shapes and colors.

That said, I recently had a early 20s girl make her desires unambiguously clear to me. I passed, too much risk of crazy. She was reasonably hot, too. But there are plenty of 30 somethings out there, and even a few ladies closer to my age who take care of themselves and aren't lazy and fat. They're even emotionally stable and fun to be around.

Nothing lasts forever kids, definitely not looks. But who gives a fuck?

If you compare male movie stars to most female movie stars the same age, there is not really a comparison. There's a lot of ugly older guys but it's because they don't take care of themselves like a rich celebrity is able to. However, even if an older woman takes care of herself, her looks are still going to suffer. I'm not Red Pill but I have to agree with some of their points here. There is definitely a "male wall," though, it's just fairly far away chronologically from the female wall.

Facial creams, lots of water, sunscreen, and sleep. Also watch your diet and nutrition m. Most people don't do this; Women prefer to cake themselves up with makeup and men do not do anything at all. You don't have much agency when it comes to facial structure, but you do when it comes to mitigating aging. The problem with your assessment is that even with great genetics during your teens, you can still fall into sub 8 loser category quickly if you don't do what I listed.

I believe the major difference here is height. Men don't really care about height in women. The opposite is not true at all. Thus, it is one more thing that most women find attractive that you get to keep forever. If you are 6 feet at 20 you're also 6 feet at 40. Women don't have this advantage because again, men don't care about height.

Women are okay with upto a 10 yr age diff provided the guy is really good looking and successful. And you are right.This men get better with age bullshit is only applicable till a certain age.

If women start losing their softness at 30 , men start getting melted cheese face in their 40s, earlier if not careful with lifestyle.

I think a mans peak is from 27-35 girl's from 20-28.Can't go for teens in your late 20s cuz thats inappropriate to almost everyone.

And women go through pregnancies, and can't work out as intense as men after that ,so this might be the reason. they don't go back to their prime figure

It's true we are all getting older every day, but hot women will happily sleep with older men as long as they get other things out of it (status, wealth, commitment, etc).

For men on the other hand, it's predominantly based on looks. That's why mid 30s women who partied all their lives and have now lost their looks have it rough if they're looking for commitment.

For example, I am now way more attractive to all women now that I'm hitting my 30s than I ever was in my early 20s, and it has less to do with looks and more with the other factors.

I think in an ideal world where everyone is at their prime at every age, this could be true. But there are too many variables now for this to be as linear as it's told to be. Like, the hottest 16 year old might not be as hot when she is the hottest 24 year old. But if you were a fat dowdy 16 year old and you got fit and nice at 24, then your peak was later.

It also depends on your features. I think Roger Waters was ugly when he was young, and he looks hot now that he's old. But this doesn't mean every man is getting hotter as they age. Gilmour didn't.

I have actually, to some extent, got more attractive as I've got older. I got more confident, I became more comfortable with who I am, I gained socio-economic status, I received affirmation that my particular qualities can make me a success in life. When I was 19, I was a fucking mess!

Physically, I have looked after myself, and I haven't really declined. I haven't got tonnes of wrinkles, I'm still the same weight I was when I was 20, I've still got hair. And I've always had a young face, so I look significantly younger than my age.

I'm not a super attractive guy, I'm decent looking, but I believe anyone can achieve this with a bit of commitment and effort.

Mid 30s. I look better than I ever did in my 20s. I have a very youthful face though. In my 20s I'd probably be described as very boyish. Bright eyes and big lashes never helped me. Most people guess I'm at least 5 years younger than I really am.

I don't drink excessively, and I've never smoked a single cigarette.

I don't think either gender starts looking worse at 22 from age alone. I do however agree with the title of your post. A majority of men are out of their prime at around 40-45 or so. Men do have the advantage though of women their own age finding them the most attractive. For example, a 52 year old woman more often than not will like men in their 50s and 60s more than she likes younger men. For women it's the reverse, older men will go with older women, usually because those are the only women available to them because most much younger women are not interested especially the more attractive ones, however, their fantasies tend to be dominated by younger women. It's a bit of a love triangle. Older women like older men, older men like younger women, but younger women usually don't want to have sex with their grandpa.

I'm 39. And I am, literally, more attractive than I have ever been in my life. I don't think that's unusual for a male.

I don't think there is a woman alive today that is more attractive at 39 than she was at 21.

As you age, you'll see. Dating will become easier and easier unless you're losing your hair. (In which case make hay while the sun shines!).

Now my example is a little extreme. But it should be trivially easy for most non balding men to be more attractive at 30 than 20. The girls ain't ALL about the looks (as we are) and they actually like a bit of maturity in a man.

But there is no need to convince you. As you'll age, you'll see.

Carry on dating, you'll notice it gets easier and the girls get hotter as you age.

When you leave college you'll see it in other ways too... Within college everyone tends to date other students. As you get out, you'll find a lot of those post college girls start dating noticably older guys.... And almost none of them go back to dating college guys, under them in age.
