I've heard numerous times on here that RPW choose their captains very carefully. And that would make sense, as they put a lot of trust in them. In the main RP sub is a lot of talk about "nexting" women. Sure, there is talk about how they should behave, but the two generally are not connected. There are many posts very critical about certain woman, and talking about whether or it is time to leave a woman. I would image that this should be even more prevalent in RPW, seeing just how much trust they put in men. But the sub seems to support asking what you are doing wrong, not what your potential captain might be doing wrong and it is a sign to leave. For example, some of the posting guidelines,

What is the problem? (Neutral phrasing: use words like "we," and "our" so that you aren't trying to off-load problems at your SO's feet when there's actually plenty of blame to go around)

What are your faults? How have you contributed to the creation of these issues?

How's your bedroom life right now? Are you taking care of his needs emotionally and physically?

This is not a place for bitching about how your SO doesn't conform to your expectations

Being introspective is always good, but they seem to an extreme. Why isn't RPW open to discussions about what your boyfriend is doing wrong and whether or not it is time to dump his sorry ass? Those questions should come first, before questions of how to ensure that you keep him happy. Putting too much focus on what you are doing wrong doesn't leave as much room to think about what he is doing wrong, and if he isn't good husband material. While I disagree with much of the talk on TRP, I agree that what you can do to better yourself, and whether or not the people around you need to be removed from your life are two completely different conversations.
