Smile more. Don't be afraid to "make a fool of yourself" by trying out something unusual you don't know your skill level in, like Putt-Putt, or swing dancing. Guys that are nice to kids, the elderly, and servers are desirable; guys that snap at them aren't. When you don't know something, say "I don't know".

If you whine, stop it. If you throw tantrums, stop that shit too. Learn your own boundaries and flexibility, and plan outings accordingly. Like Mr. I Can't Stand To Get Wet, why the fuck did you come on our group kayaking trip? If you choose to engage in plans that you know you're going to hate, regardless of the reason you chose to join, that's not anyone else's fault, so you need to limit your urge to be negative, which can ruin everyone else's time.

Sexism isn't cute. Racism isn't cute, too.

Having thoughts on things is interesting; being able to defend those thoughts suggests intelligence.

In terms of basic looks, take care of your skin and hair. Wear clothes that fit that aren't seriously damaged or more than a decade out of date. If you're setting up a dating profile, take time to actually answer the questions thoughtfully. No one gets anything out of "sometimes I'm asleep, other times I'm awake lol", which about half the profiles actually say.

Take responsibility for your words and actions.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR TEETH. I can spot bad oral hygiene a mile away. Brush twice a day, floss, and get them cleaned regularly. I don't care if they're crooked, chipped, whatever, but keep the damn things clean.

Shave. (This is a personal thing, I know, but IMO a clean-shaven man looks better 100% of the time.) If you do have facial hair, keep it trimmed and neat, and keep food out of it.

Drink lots of water - it helps keep your skin clear and looking nice.

Don't interrupt people when they're speaking to you.

Long term: Waste very little time wanking. By wanking I mean doing stuff that is self indulgent, results in very little self improvement and leads nowhere. Masturbation, computer games, drinking just to be drunk, etc. If you do not waste time wanking you will be forced to find useful things to do with your time and will become a man of substance.

Self-improvment with the intention of making yourself more attractive to the opposite sex is the part of the core of the red pill. Work-out, improve body language, hold eye contact, smile, be passionate about stuff, have hobbies and friends.. this has all been stuff talked about endlessly in pick-up forums since the late 90's and stolen wholesale by TRP since it's beginning.

TRP / pick-up isn't all gimmicks and lines. That stuff is mostly bullshit used to sell stuff on the commercial side of pick-up. The actual pick-up community is all about the fundamentals. It irritates me when people assume otherwise. Go read some posts on sedfast to see my point. Do you see a single person mention "negs"? No, you don't.

Quick things:

don't be afraid to do things that make you "look stupid," silliness is fun
don't act like a narcissist. Obviously people are attracted to hot people, but that doesn't mean hot people should be able to be asses about it.
don't take your body too seriously. "I only eat clean because fat people are gross and I refuse to be a fatty"= not cool "I can carry a 350lb log, uphill, while it's on fire," --> I don't care. these numbers are uninteresting and just bragging. this is what I mean calm down and make pasta with me. Your mind is SO important and shouldn't be neglected in order to improve or show off your body
Don't take money too seriously. Don't work a job you hate or with questionable morals (drug dealing, big tobacco) just for the pay
let go and laugh more
try new things and be willing to have new experiences

Long Term:

Be funny. To work on that, watch stand up and understand comedic theory and timing and develop wit
Be willing to be friends with people that have different beliefs or values
Be willing to try new things and activities
let loose and don't be afraid to be awkward at times
be real. If you have genuine emotions, it's okay to acknowledge them + - if you have a pet that you treat really well, it's a plus
Be passionate or have a passion/ hobby that you love

Take a theatre improv class. I can't recommend this enough. It will help you think on your feet, make quick decisions and will actively help your comedic timing. Work on your posture. Alexander technique is great.

I need some serious bg info before I can make a safe assessment on you and what you would need to do, but I'm curious why you think TRP is not something you should explore. Don't confuse TRP with PUA.

I can tell by the language of your OP post that you've been groomed a certain way on how to treat women, court them, attract them etc, and it clearly has not worked out for you thus far. You don't need people to tell you common sense things like: work out, dress nice, etc...so it's obvious your just seeking validation to your social conditioning, which is comes into conflict with what you witness day to day: girls dating assholes, frat boys, playboys, duschebags, etc.

Most of this advice is just "unattractive things to not do" rather than any plan for standing out, for going above and beyond basic, normal human behavior.

I'm going to try to have my advice be more practical than others. Hygiene is common sense and men who don't take care of themselves shouldn't procreate.

Learn how to dance. Specifically two step. Being able to lead by two stepping and spin women around at country clubs is sexy. Watching you dance with other women coughsocial proofcough and dancing with you is fun. It forces us to look at your face and talk. Talking to you after grinding with our backs on you at the club is kinda awkward.
Learn how to play the guitar. It's always attractive.
Be a volunteer youth sports coach. It shows that you can be a good father.
Don't just ask for a number. Ask for a date! The date should happen sooner then later. I been asked to go out for late night coffee or food after meeting someone at a party or class. Take advantage of the excitement of meeting someone new before it wears off.
If she rejects you the first time, don't try again. Don't try to come up with logical arguments why she should go out with you. Being able to take rejection is attractive. She may get to know you more and start liking you later. If this happens, play a little hard to get in the beginning.
The more you are watch Netflix by yourself, the more opportunities you are missing out.
Get a friendly looking dog and go to the park. Most women love dogs.
Don't giggle like a school girl. Don't smile too much. Smirking is more attractive.
Cook her something that she never had before and have her next to you teaching her how to. You are a leader.
Make emotional connections. If she is into something that you don't relate to then pick up on those "feelings" that she has toward that something and respond to her that you have the same "feelings" toward another thing that you actually have. Be honest. Don't pretend to like the same shit as her.

I see a lot of dont's and wrongs and what you shouldn't do. I think what you should do is learn who you are and exploit it. If we all follow the same advice this would be a very boring world. But finding the things that make you who you are, learning your strongest points and knowing of them gives you a certain confidence and something special to who you are. Not every woman is going to like you, and wishing that is a childish fantasy.
