Does having your hair done and wearing eye makeup work on men who know that hair is an indicator of longterm health, and that characteristics like hair and eyes change with age, which means that you're advertising youth and by extension, fertility?

Wouldn't those women be like : "Aha,now he's using dread game" , or "wait , that was a neg , wasn't it?" or "aww , now he treats me like a child because he read it on reddit, isn't it cute ?" or "hey look at him acting all alpha male".

Nope. The woman experiences it as the man just being naturally witty and/or flirty and/or charming, naturally masculine and just a general fun guy to be around.

The thinking behind it may be analytic and precise, but it comes across as a natural and easy flow to the required end state.

No. Because it appears so natural and spontaneous when done well. Similarly to how a stand up comedian may have planned a set to the tiniest detail, but when the set is performed it looks spontaneous and free form.

Absolutely. I have used RP on women before knowing what it was, so obviously I recognized it coming from other men. Some men are good at it, some aren't. If they are employing it well I don't see why I should care if I understand the "formula" for attraction. I don't magically become attracted to something else just because I learn what I'm attracted to generally fits a certain pattern.

Husband knows about TRP and introduced me to RPW. I know what he's doing and the term for it when he's doing it (a lot of the time, but probably not always), but I know he's doing it to keep me attracted to him, and I know it's working. Unless I were hell bent on being unhappy why would I try to knock down and ridicule his efforts? I don't really care about where he learned to attract me as long as it's working and maintains a good balance with comfort traits.

If you're doing it right (i.e., you've had a lot of "field experience" in game parlance), you aren't really calculating the moves so much as they are arising naturally.

There's a sort of cadence to it. It's like music. I am not a musician, so I'm not sure if this is how musicians play music - but my guess would be that they don't concentrate on the individual squiggle on the page, but read it more like a normal person would read a book. It's a broader sort of insight.

I am a programmer, and that's how I read code now - I don't have to look at the individual lines to understand it (usually - code, like natural human language can just be fucking messy), it's all just sorta being able to take it from a bigger picture perspective.

For example, if I was going to respond to a text I got, I wouldn't be agonizing over what to say - I'd think of a few options, as one does, and any that would come off wrong my brain will typically just automatically insert, "Ew. Gross. No don't send that." This would be a nearly instantaneous process.
