Same here mate, this girl would turn heads where ever she whent, but when I got her off her high heels and she put her make-up off for the night she was a regular plain ass girl. Since that relationship I'm very conscious of this female trickery.

There is one problem inherent in men though (or maybe its just me) I don't notice beautiful girls if they wear normal clothes. Sometimes as an exercise I imagine a normal looking girl with heels and the lot and I can immediatly see how she could be totally hot, but she wouldn't turn up on my radar otherwise. It's evolution I guess, everyone is adapting and we can't really blame the girls as our own behavior is forcing them to distinguish themselves from the others.

I'd say most women are ugly. Make up is the only reason why they look as attractive as they do. Women are very insecure because they know this. They know that 3 minutes with a wet towel would take them from an 8 to a 4.

Cue down votes but I disagree with the obsession over this idea that make-up is some evil lie women perpetrate to trick a man into loving her.

Make-up is part of girl game, it isn't evil. Complaining about girls using makeup is akin to women complaining about men learning game instead of being a "natural alpha".

Is there anyway I can learn how to spot womens make up tricks.

no homo but I analyze guys muscles and muscle insertions since I've started lifting 4-5 years ago (selective perception).

Wish there was someway I could distinctly spot a bitch using tons of makeup even if she pulls of as natural. It pisses me of thinking some 3-4/10 disguised as a 8/10 would trick me into believing shes hot.

The underlying bone structure of both girls is actually not massively dissimilar. Watson is smiling in both of her pictures and would look more like the second girl with the same expression. You are looking, but not deeply enough. You have to see her skull.

Though I'm not as upset about it, I can essentially back up what OP is saying. I have dated more than one girl who did makeup professionally.

Women just generally have a more developed aesthetic sense than guys. Some women, like makeup artists, are the people these girls go to for the best technique/product/advice. They are as far beyond a normal girl as a girl is from a normal guy.

The things I have seen them pull off would really surprise you. Now, this is just makeup, not ass inserts etc, but still.

My father always told us that he never liked girls who wore makeup.

I didn't understand when I was younger, but now that I am older it seems to make more sense.

1) Women who are actually beautiful take pride in looking how they look without any help. They are also not fond of girls who wear more than minimal makeup, they see them as fakes, and impostors.

2) In my experience, women who wear a lot of makeup tend to be more delusional. Their lies tend to be more extravagant, and they seem to have a much more distorted sense of reality. This is probably due to the fact that:

3) Make up allows women to cheat, and do things in minutes that would naturally take a long time/a lot of work.

Rouge: Makes cheeks red, can also be done by drinking more water and exercising/increasing circulation.

Contour: Increases shade in face making a girls facial features more prominent, also used to make a girls face thinner. This is a shortcut to actually..you know.. working out.

There is also make up designed to make your skin look as if you've been in the sun, as opposed to getting more sun.

To this day, my mothers idea of makeup even for the most formal of events is eye liner and lipstick. She always tells me that anymore than that is for dead people.

Nose is a huge deal. I don't care if the rest of her body is 10/10 if that nose is fucked up she's a 5 on the spot. I know, some guys can be satisfied with the dark or make sure she faces the other way, bag on her head. I can't. I won't.
