Get on a training program and hit the gym 4-6x a week, grind harder on school/work, invest time in your hobbies, hang with your friends and make new ones, and date other women.

It took me a long ass time to realize certain things about relationships of any kind. What I do know is if attraction is lost you wont get it back through willpower or good argument. The best you can do period is move on as thats whats needed for it to come back and or for both parties health. Its immature how she handled it but I sense in this wording she doesnt want to flat out say its just not workin for her as she doesnt want to hurt you.
