Not sure where to post it but I feel like TRP could be right as I'm trying to make myself a better man. Something hit me tonight that I felt the need to share, for no reason more than to self meditate by writing shit down.

I fucking hate one of my housemates, and she's a huge driving force in me choosing the right path. She's a fat lazy fucking bitch who has nothing positive to say EVER. She voices her dumb opinion on everything between politics, health, people's careers blahdeblahdeblah and is 9/10 wrong with her facts and extremely bigoted / racist / sexist. The funny thing is that she's a fat fuck with no self control who gets off her face on drink and drugs every weekend because she's so insecure.

She's on a 'health kick' and yesterday told me that I should be eating less fat and more carbs because that's how you lose weight (I'm not even trying to lose weight, just get my internals to top spec i.e. lungs + heart). Instead of biting her bait I just responded with 'OK cool thanks'. Tonight she walks in with a fish and chips from the chippy in her hands, stinking out the whole house. I ask her what she's got and how the health kick's going, to which she replies: 'Yeah having a night off, at least I'm getting some healthy fish.' Yeah, good one. You fat fucking troll.

When I see this bitch stuff her fat opinionated mouth with carbs and lie in every Sunday, sweating in her bed all day because she's on a comedown it makes me THRIVE because I know I'm going to choose the right path.

Seeing her leads myself to choose positive actions such as forcing myself out of bed at 6:30AM every morning for a 45 minute run, ensuring I slam the front door on my way out (and return) to wake the fat lazy bitch up.

Apologies for the rant. In fact no, I'm not fucking sorry. I needed to get this down. Also, in before 'do it for yourself, not her'. Yeah I am, but this makes it easier to push myself further.
