Swiping right on everything actually triggers Tinder’s algorithms to send uglier women your way. They sort of see it as “oh this guy is desperate, let’s throw anything at him”. If you swipe on hotties more, it’ll be tailored to that.

Fellow Tinder veteran here. Have laid plenty of girls from it. I'll give my advice and share what works for me.

Situational. There are some times where you can tell she's definitely not fat, yet she still only has face pics.
This is the biggest piece of advice I see thrown around that I simply don't agree with. I find it a waste to get matched with fuglies, landwhales, and trans dudes only to have to sift through them and unmatch those who I'm not interested in. I'd rather do the sifting up front while I'm swiping and only swipe on girls I know I'll fuck.
Unless you're extremely good looking, you won't get any replies from 8+ girls with "Hi." 95% of the messages they get are a variation of "Hi."
Don't let your ego get the best of you. I've had girls randomly reply in 24+ hours. Just let the match sit, what's the worse that can happen? I've definitely laid girls that have at times taken more than a day to reply. I have also at times taken more than a day to reply.

Deleting them because they don't reply in a day is taking things personally. There's literally no reason to simply let it sit for a while. Just forget about them until they reply. If they never do and you have week/month old matches, then a cleanup is due.
There's no hard rule for a "first date" as long as you don't overinvest in them. I've taken girls to coffee, for drinks, to eat, to walk, and straight to sex.

Honestly Tinder is only a waste of time...Personally i tried it last year...More then 100 Matches, just 1 date and she was way uglier then in her picture and it didnt work...Way better doing daygame or nightgame...you get better with women get rid of social anxiety shyness etc...and with experience you will get really good with women and once you get abundance mentality you can find maybe really hot girls...On Tinder unless your a model looking guy you wont find anything better then a 6 at best...

Don't delete her, even if she is 10, if she doesn't reply for 24 hours. That's just stupid. It's not boundaries. She might have forgoten about tinder for a while. I do it all the time.
The more my pictures got better, the less I have to open and the more I'm they open me.

I don’t tinder anymore, but here was my first date:

I live in a city so plenty of bars within walking distance from my place. Would invite her out to a bar with cheap beer. Trivia is also a great first date for reasons I won’t get into right now. Have a couple beers, make her laugh, invite her back for another drink. Sometimes we’d split, sometimes I paid. Didnt get food usually except maybe sharing an appetizer. Never spent more than $20.

I’d say I banged about 60-70% of the girls who I met with. Toward the end it was prob closer to 90%.

Not putting you down, but I think you’re maybe trying to hard. Ask her out for a drink at like 930–10 on a wednesday or Thursday night if you can, Thursdays are best. She’s knows it’s not dinner that late.

Tinder isn’t worth shit now though. It was a lot easier a couple years ago in my opinion.

Those are terrible statistics to be giving out any sort of advice. I've laid more than 100+ girls on Tinder alone in the past year and a half. Biggest piece of advice? Ask her to come over, no exceptions. No coffee, no drinks, no dinner, no walks in the park.

I dont get why posts like this get so many upvotes Most of these tips are self-explanatory if youve even glanced at the sidebar, and some are down right shitty advice if you are not top 5% in the looks department.

Using 'Hi' as an opener should be avoided. Make an opener based on one of her pictures or her bio. Ive also had success with a small rhyme to convey my sexual intentions.

If she responds immediately to every text you write it is safe to assume she is dtf at some point and you should escalate and arrange logistics appropriately. Taking her out for cofee in the afternoon is not your best way to do that. I recommend going out for a drink or playing pool.

If she responds with little enthusiasm and a long time after your messages she is not convinced. Try to date close and if that doesnt work ghost her.

Many good points, but 2 mistakes:

1) don't swipe everyone right. Your left/right ratio should be as close as possible to 50/50. Otherwise, the app's algorithm will put you in what is commonly known as "the Dead Zone", aka low tier bracket

2) Saying just "hi" as first msg just conveys that you're a low effort lazy fuck that cant put 2 words togerther and thus most likely not able to handle an interesting conversation over a coffee

An important point to really internalize guys, as a guy that was a tinder whore for a good year or so before I got married.

A lot of women just want to be fucked, no strings attached... if thats also what you want (Which is what I wanted at least once a week), you have to communicate that... without making her feel like a slut.... always reframe it such that it's just 2 professional young adults releasing some steam.

And of course... rule number 1 always applies, don't be ugly.

And rule number 2... see rule number 1.
