Have to agree. There is a 40 yr old woman who works out every day in the gym I use. She really works out - chin ups, weighted walks, lunges, clean and jerks, and cardio. You'd swear she was in her mid to late 20s. She must have good genes and lives clean...nice skin--just some very slight crow's feet/smile lines...and really nice muscle tone. I quote Sugar to explain that no I'm not talking about natural ones found in vegetables, fruits, or other healthy options. Talking about the bullshit, and even hidden BS that you're not quick to see.
Just had a Jar of Jif Natural Peanut Butter it has 2 extra grams of Sugar in it vs Simply Jif which has none, but has 2 on it's own. If you're keeping up 4 grams vs 2 grams.
It doesn't take rocket scientist to add that up, but that's not what this is about "Sugar" in excess begins to destroy your body it's more or less poison in excess.
Keep your Sugar intake under 35 grams and watch the wonders unfold.

Also Sugar takes a hit of the good old Big T. I'm convinced as of this day. I went back in time to try and figure out how I got slimmer, and also more confident in myself turns out it's all "Sugar".
