So let me get this straight; she routinely antagonizes a fellow employee (telling him to act a certain way when hes trying to work). He provides input to make her a better programmer, she cant take constructive criticism (is it possible that he is a better developer than the other women developers?). And she gets him fired for trying to find a community that is inclusive to his needs and problems.

Work is for working. Home is for socializing. You don't have to be friends with coworkers, you just have to do your job.

Creating a postive inclusive culture, by definition, doesnt mean getting rid of everyone you dont like. Jokes on the company, sounds like they are keeping the less productive employee. He'll get severance and find a new job in no time.

Code review isn't meant to make developers feel good about themselves, its meant to make code more robust and functional.

Start-ups and smaller companies can't afford to do this as they need results in order to compete and be successful. Due to their size they don't have to fill quotas so they will start beating the bigger companies because surprise! they focus on quality and not tingles.

I'm lucky in a way. In my blue/red pill days when i pursued females i became "close" or so i thought with a girl at work. Long story short, she was just using me. Then wouldn't speak to me when she started sleeping with a flashy tall blonde sales cunt with a BMW convertible. I called her out for her behavior while i was diagnosing a problem with the air conditioning in the office a few weeks later and she came along and got snappy with me because it was warm.

She then went to HR and complained that i had been "harrassing" her for months and had made unwanted sexual advances. I mean i might be a sperg but I'm sure she was flirting with me! Even though i was a total gentleman the whole time. I was lucky. My manager was able to make it go away. In exchange i am banned from site if office staff are in without permission of the general manager. As a result i am on permanent night shifts and only do day shifts when we are on planned shutdown in the holidays.

Night shift isn't so bad. Guess whats the one thing we don't have no nights? That would be women. No drama. No backstabbing. No bullshit. Every bloke knows his job and does his work. We hardly see a manager. Despite the fact we get very little support we have a fraction of the rate of quality concerns and we always seem to finish our allotted work with hours to spare.

The bitch who tried to get me sacked is still here. The sales guy she was sleeping with dumped her for the pretty blonde thing in accounts. She doesn't get on with the other women in the office. Luckily today I'm 100% blackpilled. It saved my life i guess.

I obviously prefer a friendly workplace too, but I wouldn't go around crusading to get people fired who are not nice to me. That is not their job as long as they do a good job otherwise. In fact, the smarter a person is, the more I'm willing to completely overlook a mean/shitty personality. Look at people like Linus Torvalds, they are not nice, but they know their shit and you cannot deny it or get them fired (yet) because they are worth dozens of you if not hundreds. Learning to adapt to people's quirks at a workplace is a pretty important skill.
