Hi all, this is my first post. I work for a top 10 company as software engineer, you know the place where women flock. My boss is a technically passionate guy but kind of poor in people behavior. This is the background. This is a bit of a big post but is very satisfying.

Anyway 4 months back, my boss was stressed out due to lot of work since the team lead was on vacation. My two female colleagues and myself are with same experience, freshers. One of them messed up big time, which got my boss to get an earful from VP directly. So in the next meeting he was pissed and due to another small mistake yelled at her. He actually yelled at me too rather harshly, but I understood my mistake and took it.

Next monday they came up obviously with a plan and complained to HR with some false claims that he made personal comments and much more. Now myself, my boss and those women worked in client location for some days so I was only eye witness.

The HR woman called me and pressed me hard to dig the dirt. Before this meeting one of the women was acting very close and asked me to support them and threatened me I will be in similar situation in future etc. But I remembered the briffault's law and MGTOW and decided I will cover my boss since he had no ill intentions. So while I agreed he yelled at me, I said he is doing what was good for team. Both to HR and Our Manager.

Long story short those women were sent back to the parent company by the client, my boss was put on some mandatory sensitivity training but got off loose without losing the job. Our manager liked me and next month I got a 50% hike to join Client company and I accepted.

So conclusion MGTOW not only saves lives, it improves them

EDIT: One of the comments requested for the steps I followed for future use. I briefly state the challenges you face while telling the truth.

  1. HR can be a friend of the woman. What I did is when the meeting started I told the HR cunningly that "Whatever we talk will be within us right?". When you do this i did catch her off-guard as she thought that i would give dirt on Manager and she started to record the meeting. Now once she did that, I asked the above question again. Now this is to get on record that this meeting is confidential. Once this is done she started probing me and I kept giving straight answers with high confidence.

Dodge the questions where they put answers to your mouth: Example:She asked "So you said he was rude and nasty?"You don't answer the positive unless you really want to tell. So here I said "No what i said was that he yelled at me for doing the mistake and I accept it". This is most important.

Before the meeting when one of the woman was acting close I acted as a beta so that I could get out of her the information know how much she had lied to HR. This is important since you can plan your answers accordingly.

Answer to all the authorities with similar answers. This is most important or else you lose credibility.

Lastly when you walk out make sure the problem woman is convinced that you supported her. If this is not done she will take revenge and you don't want that.

Now to my Manager i was careful not to disclose directly i covered him, since in these pressure situations he may share with someone who is the problem women's friend. So I said him that I will come to you directly if I have a problem with you.

These are the tips. You can change according to your situation
