I used to not care about that stuff AT ALL. Actually I don’t post pics of my friends/family and boyfriends on my SM as it is mainly a lifestyle account I created to share my passion for fashion and people follow me for that.

I’ve always told myself that I will only post a pic of my engagement and wedding and post a gorgeous photo. So I didn’t care if my boyfriend doesn’t do it but I would like to know what was your experience .

I’ve been following that girl on social media who lately married a man (they are in their 30s but he fell in love with her when they were 13). They have a YouTube video on healthy relationships (I feel like they are genuine although it’s never perfect. I feel like people who are into self dev are more able to have happy relationships because they study it).

I also see my HV male friends who delete girls who post bikini pics to respect their girls. They all post pictures of their girlfriends on social media. Sometimes their girlfriend is like their muse and it’s just a pic of her without them on it. Half of his photos are only pics of her and when she’s not alone it’s them together or him posting his hobby.

I feel like HVM don’t use social media the way most women use it. They post Travel pics/hobbies but no selfies or anything like that that is too much about them.

And I see my male colleagues who cheat or love their (pickme) girlfriends (but don’t feel like she’s the one). They never post pictures of them unless it’s in their story. And it says it all. A story is just for 24h and then you disappear.

The ex of my friend never posted a picture of her after 6months in the relationship. He told her that he was not in love. He posted pics of his new gf after like 2 months of dating. You can tell he has admiration for his new girl. My friend was unemployed and a foreigner. She told him that she preferred to study the language first he would ask her to get a job instead. He’s a CEO so I feel like he needs a career driven woman. His new gf works for DIOR and has a high position and he only posts pics of their dates together. The girl only posted one pic of him.

I know SM doesn’t mean anything and you can cheat and post pics of your partner (it’s very common actually)

The more I think about it and the more I feel like when a man truly loves you and has admiration for you, he just wants to express his love in all the possible ways.
