It's like he is already being manipulative but pushing and pushing the phone calls on you and then trying to throw in the penpal line to guilt you. Why dont these scrotes understand "no" and not being interested and just back off then? It's disgusting and a huge no from me that if they already cant respect boundaries being put down now how will they respect sexual or financial boundaries? I met a scrote just like this some time back when I still did OLD he was ridiculously ugly but I matched because his profile pics were kinda weird and blurry and old and he looked like he might have been more attractive, and I was lonely. The bio was written and he seemed like a great guy. So I asked for more pics and made so many mistakes one of which was to add him on social media. Then I started seeing that he didnt take care of himself and had a unibrow! Yuck. He was being super clingy and always wanted phone calls or video chats. I was still dumb and a pickme and was trying to let him down gently even was like I dont like you romantically your profile was deceiving and I'm seeing someone else good luck and he kept trying to message me. I blocked his number and social media and looked up his other social media and blocked them as well. Every once on a while even after a year and a half I still get a random "hey" in a text or friend requests from new Facebook accounts he makes. I just keep blocking and not responding. Do not give these guys any chances!!
