Notice the way she approaches, discusses and opens the topic of being pumped and dumped. She identifies a problem (or what she considers a problem), makes sure she is inclusive and goes about "solving" the problem by rebranding it/ altering the optics of how it is viewed rather than to actually look at what causes the problem and what can be done to actually fix it.

Her solution is not that women should behave better to not be branded as sluts who only get pumped and dumped. No. That takes conviction, morality, discipline and character. Her solution is far simpler: call an apple an orange. Simply give the respect you would give a virtuous woman to a slut just because they are both women. While she claims that "pumped and dumped" is an ugly term that hurts women, nary a word is said about how the behavior and mentality behind it really hurts women. What she means here by "hurts women" is that it makes them unhappy to be labeled as what their behavior defines them to be. Her concern is not that certain behavior causes long term misery by encouraging short term pleasure and happiness, but that the shaming language will harm the (undeserved) ego and self-confidence of women like her and might dis-incentivize them to act the way they wish to act.

Dalrock used to have a phrase to describe this phenomenon: "the quest for a kindler, gentler carousel". You often find cock carouselers lamenting the "unfairness" of the cock carousel and wishing for a carousel that would be kind, gentle and considerate of their feelings. As we can see here, these people are not really concerned about changing the harmful behavior (to themselves and to the society) that they display. They do not want to change. I'm not downvoting you and I read your entire post. I've also thought that the term P&F sounds pejorative and disrespectful, but frankly, I don't know that I care much about it. I've been around women my entire life and can tell you, they say alot of bile things about men or even one another. They project themselves to be more fragile while also wanting us to treat them like the strong empowered women they say that they are. Women have bought into the narrative of "empowering" themselves by giving away one of their most valuable attributes through the notion of sexual freedom.
