UPDATE: Met with boyfriend in my car and smoked cigs. He is very blue pill. He told me he loves her, and he can't believe i'd do that to her. You fucked up. When you do have a conversation with this guy make sure she's not around to try and instigate shit. And turn him against her. It will be easier than you think. Tell him everything she was doing as far as flirting and showing interest. He will be mad and all you have to do is re-direct his anger towards her. Say something like "man she was acting like she really wanted some I just assumed you guys split or something and she didn't say anything". MAKE SURE SHE ISNT THERE TO DENY IT. Tell him every little flirty thing she did. They'll split up, and she will be so turned around that it backfired on her that you either get to bone for the remainder of your lease or just have minimal contact.

Also, make sure you have a couple friends post up in whatever public area you meet to make sure you aren't walking into a 5 on 1 shitfest. Have them sitting eating a meal or something but watching your back. Good luck

I actually think you made the right call agreeing to meet him. He knows where you live, and the last thing you need is for him and a bunch of his friends to show up unexpectedly. The fact that he didn't just show up already tells me that he probably doesn't want to fight, but refusing to talk could set him off. Then you get jumped in your own home after the gf lets them in.

As for this talk, he probably envisions a scenario where you're overly apologetic, he gets to play badass for a few minutes, then goes back and tells the gf about how he set you straight. So deny him that. Say your piece, don't be intimidated, and don't let him waste any more of your time than necessary. You can acknowledge that you were in the wrong, but do not let him dwell on it. Remember that she was freely giving out IOIs, and if your situations were reversed he'd undoubtedly have done the same thing.
