Ex is making everything as miserable as she can. Took our son for over 7 weeks, wouldn't let me see or talk to him and now will only let me see him if I have the lawyers draw up a visitation document and sign it. She always waits until the day I'm supposed to see him to go sign it and is just being unreasonable and disagreeable in every way possible. Fun stuff now, we submitted a discovery request and she provided some incriminating evidence against herself financial documents and she's been lying to me and the irs for the last few years on taxes. Even forged my signature for last year's returns and kept the money for herself. Should I call the irs and turn everything over to them? I don't see family court giving a shit and even though I'm the better parent I fully expect to be screwed once we make it in front of a judge.
