Brilliant. I tried to take almost nothing because I felt like I failed as a husband. When I realized that she wanted to literally leave me sleeping in my car, I woke up and fought for half of everything.

I was forced into the fight of my life by an evil abusive narcissist cow, she expected all my pre marital assets including the house I owned years before I met the pig. I hired private investigators, found out she had two previous divorces on her record plus a criminal record. I knew nothing of this until after we filed. Talk about betrayal. Think I would have rathered she cheated then to find all that out. She cried the blues about being broke and needing full custody with no visitation and child support until I put a subpoena on every bank in 5 counties and found hundreds of thousands in her name with her sister's mailing address so that took down her alimony and child support circus, plus constant parental alienation tactics against me really pissed off the custody experts and the judge.

Long story short, after a brutal 4 year litagation including 3 custody experts, all who ruled in my favor, and 7 figures going to my attorneys, we demolished the career criminal. I have my kids, my properties, everything back except the memory of what this monster put everyone through including her own family. I won, however, I had to put every resource I had into a completely unnecessary battle, if she had only agreed to play fair in the first place. Yes my attorneys took a lot of money but I had no other option except losing everything I had long before she scammed her way into my life. I'm suing the bitch for my attorney fees now and you know something? I might win that too. Would I ever do it again? Not for a billion dollars. Put a fork in me, I'm done.

We are in the beginning stages of drafting a Separation Agreement... finally. The longer things process and the more I talk with my lawyer the more my lawyer is saying that my stbx is attempting to manipulate me.. for her benefit of course.. and I'm still trying to come to terms with that reality. She wasn't this say a year or two ago... but now.. ya. It's very likely she has been and I need to through out everything she has said in the past.. f%&#^k

Yes sir, my stbx thinks she's going to give me half the debt, and keep all the assets ( cash savings, and me pay her out of the house) she gets served in a few a hours. She thinks I'm laying down and going to give her everything, the reality check is coming.

Also remember, DONT ever start with 50:50, always fight for 100:0, because the other side (System+STBX) is aiming for your bankruptcy.

Always remember there is huge difference between what you are LEGALLY obligated to disclose and what your/her lawyer or reddit tell you to disclose. Disclose what you have to legally, HIDE everything else. Don't be a fool!
