I'm pro sex worker i.e. women who are sex workers are human beings and should be treated as such. They should be liberated and saved from this "profession." I am anti sex work being glamorised and anti women being encouraged to go into sex work as some sort of "empowering" career. I'm also anti males paying for sexual services, and pro labelling them as the rapists that they are (by this I mean men who pay prostitutes are rapists.)

Seriously I am so fed up of people trying to normalise men who pay sex workers. I've seen so called leftists go on about how they shouldn't be demonised for having sex with prostitutes which is ridiculous.

I’m pro sex worker in that I support their health and ultimate emancipation from “sex work” ie prostitution. They are not viewed as fully human by most of society. So many of them have been targeted by killers, and then of course, the police don’t give a shit and drag their feet about solving their murders. It’s disgusting. I really hate that feminists who are anti prostitution are seen as the enemy. We want you safe, we want depraved Johns punished, we don’t want you a dead Jane Doe in a ditch for gods sake.

Im anti all sex work. Including women who participate in it for just greed and being a handmaiden in the west. (ofc not the coerced, vulnerable women). It should ALL be illegal and have escape options as well as strong socialist based community resources to get women a real career and financially independent to not be having to endanger themselves or cater to rapists. Go for the root problem, poverty among women and low education opportunities. Its been proven legalization is literally a fools errand and is lobbied by pimps. Handmaiden libfem "sex workers" are gaslighting misogynists who are either brainwashed or mentally ill. We need to bring this up. They are the ultimate pickme of evil. I’m pro sex worker in that I’d like sex workers to be able to report crimes and report violent dangerous men without fearing their own criminal record or fines. It would only help everyone to be protected from violent men!

Maybe that’s difficult for women to realize because we’re so often treated as free prostitutes that getting paid for the degradation seems like an upgrade.

I think you have to differentiate. You can be against prostitution and still support the women that are forced by circumstances to work as sex workers. If there is prostitution, I want sex workers to be as safe and healthy as possible. Ideally there would be none, but in a non-ideal world, I'm happier with legal prostitution since it increases the likelihood of legal recourse for these women.

I'm pro sex worker in the sense that I'm glad that prostitution is legal in my country, but also glad that brothels and pimps are not. I support those that do the job and believe that they should have access to support, healthcare, security and justice if things go wrong.

I do not support those that pay for sex. I don't support those that make money off of other people's sex work. I don't support people who abuse sex workers.

I don't think it's up to you to decide what is liberating for other women. Just like it's not up to a man to decide what self respect for a woman looks like.
